So many questions...But no clues...what is this suspense.. read on...
Six years ago.
In the Jungle far away from the city at the famous Baba ka Makaan.
One night Dr. Ashutosh was at KGH. Kaka was not well, so retired early for that day. BB was in his room on the 1st floor. He was reading a book. He gave his life to make this house. He built totally according to his taste. He mixed even the concrete with his own hands during the construction. He left the next room empty for Ashutosh and his future daughter-in-law to fill in.
He heard some disturbance from that room... he remembered the events that happened few days ago.

BB: Oh! Its Mallika.. Come in.. I am waiting for the day when you will come as my daughter-in-law.
M: Baba, This is my sister Komallika. I have her responsibility still. She loves Ashutosh. I have come to ask for the alliance.
BB: But, beta, I dont think Ashutosh wants to marry anybody. He never thought about the marriage.
M: Baba, Komallika is very particular. Please do the favor.
BB: Sorry...
Dejected Komallika ran away from the room .. Jumped from the first floor balcony...In the pool of blood... breathed her last in a local hospital.

BB was disturbed. He didnot want to tell this to Ashutosh. It was BB's birth day. He remembered his own daughter. BB got up, called Mrs.Sanjivani to make will, named this house after his naatin and left without saying bye to Ashutosh.

Ashutosh could not explain, but inexplicable something made him OCD about the house, that something is dragging him more towards the house.
Nidhi is the new owner of the house. She visited the house with Anji. Komallika (aka KM, now ghost that has possessed the house) saw Ashutosh and Nidhi that day. KM made her 'plan B' ready and followed Nidhi and possessed her on and off.
Nidhi was adamant in joining 'KGH only' again. Fell in love with Dr.A within 'no time'. At the same time, Mallika who has taken oath to destroy Dr.A started plotting plans with her bro and sis-in-law. Sue dedicated her life for the mission- 'Justice for Komallika'.
Nidhi revisited to the old house to get it repaired for new year's eve with the help of Rohan. Rohan found a piece of paper on the first floor empty room. Permanent resident Komallika could not digest (what do ghosts eat to get indigestion?)... hawt Ashutosh (in the black suit) falling in love with real Nidhi.
BHOOOSH...
CB had a heart attack...Nidhi could not reach in time... Ashutosh suffered severe misunderstanding and ran away. Fortunately, he reached a temple where the Sanyasin recognized his symptoms and treated him. Ashutosh returned to Nidhi with his re-found love.
Mallika got the wind of Komallika and payed almost 3 times the market price..got the house..
Nidhi wanted to get engaged to Ashutosh instead of Rohan. Komallika could not sit idle. She pushed Ashutosh's car into the Gomati river from the top of a hill. She took CB's house in her control. Possessed DB first. Then moved on to CB. Nidhi is totally under her spell. Rohan had a doubt about this since the engagement day and he could not leave from the house along with his humiliated parents. Komallika-Nidhi ran a marathon to find Ashutosh.
On the return of Dr.Ashutosh, Rohan filled him in with all these details. Ashutosh wanted to save Nidhi & Co. Desperately found her whereabouts and reached Kerala.. but alas.. he was mentally and physically weak before Mallika-Komallika duo. Ashutosh called Rohan and requested to take care of Nidhi.
BB retired to Himalayas and acquired siddhi in these six years. Came to know about Ashutosh's & Nidhi's ordeal through his special powers. Met Nidhi and Rohan as if it was an accident. Made Nidhi to take him to that old house.
BB behaved as alzheimer's as if he forgot the past. Behaved as mental patient to dupe Komallika. Met Ashutosh. Conjured Jagan from nowhere to woo Mallika. But took Mallika's name to be his bahu infront of Nidhi to make Komallika jealous about her own sister. Requested Rohan to act as a lover boy to Nidhi in front of the bhooth possessed DB & CB.

What happens Next?
-- BB proposes Ash-Mal engagement. Komallika reverses this with Jagan-Mallika wedding
-- BB asks Nidhi to marry Rohan through Anji/Shyama. Komallika leaves entire Verma's clan and goes back to the House seeing no threat from them.
-- BB insists Ashutosh to buy the house and shifts there to put Komallika in a false hope.
-- Nidhi visits BB at the house. Komallika possesses Nidhi again.
-- BB with the help of Ashutosh, traps Komallika and perform final rituals to her poor soul
