In Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, he plays the role of Dr Mathur, Dr Nidhi's maternal grandfather. Dr Ashutosh has also been adopted by him. However, Ashutosh and Nidhi are not aware of this fact.

Several twists and turns have been witnessed in this show. One of it is the accident sequence. Sharad Kelkar is introduced as a replacement to Monish Behl. This is definitely another twist to the story. If you want to believe the sources, the character of Dr Mathur is positive and he will support the love of Ashutosh and Nidhi. Things will surely turn in their favor but all we need is patience to wait and watch.
