agree mehek ..this is what i also said ysday in my post ..

nidhi never thought about the consequences since beginning ...she was just wanted to be in love ..n in jet speed she fell into it . in fact anji told her about but she dint listen , rohan warned her at madira time but again she din undrstd then even ashu gave her a chance to think again on this relationship but nah she dint ...she was in her dreamworld but now when dream broke ..she is also broken .

on the other hand ashu behaved sensible since beginning ..he knew that this is gonna happen one day that's y he rejected this relationship at first ..n even dismissed nidhi from hospital ...after disco thing n all he gave nidhi choice to quit ..so he was kind of prepared for this . but ysday he got shocked to see baba's perspective as being a sensible man he is not seeing his daughter's happiness but caring about samaj like db . The samaj which never cares for u ..neither give u any support but only criticises u on evrythn u do .

Wow. Im amazed how well you you have summed up everything mahek. Really , AshNi is in a fix. There is no light @ any end of the tunnel for them Sadly love is blind. It cant see the society, age-gap or majboori's. I wonder what CV's would do to break this dead lock. Mallu-Ashu marriage is i think whats in store in KTLK. If the marriage happens then this is a new Kasautti born. May have to wait for the last episode to see AshNi back

well Mehek..sometimes life throws some situations to make us realise that there is a difference between dream and reality..and to sum up i remember one msg..here it is -

Very good analysis Mehek. I was thinking the same. I think CVs tried to give some answers in yeasterday's episode. But again we can not forget this is daily soap. To increase the number of episodes they have to to this.

As a teenager, I would have blasted off at Nidhi as to why she didn't ditch her family and leave with her love... but now my view is that if her father n DB don't want to value her happiness more than 'log kya kahenge', then she can tell Ashu to wait some more and go for 'emotional atyachar' on her family 😆

tell them straightaway that they didn't let her be with Ashu, ok she will obey them but now she isn't going to go happily with anyone else too! they will have to see her swollen face all their lives and will be responsible for her sadness 😡

This is the one thing I hate about us South Asians, we seem to be more interested in other people's lives. kaun kya kar raha hai, kisse baat kar raha hai, why aren't u getting married, if married - why aren't u having kids!

as for d samaj, they love 2 adao taang in other ppl lives. for eg, relatives are more interested in matchmakin than the parents themselves...they need to gossip yaar.. otherwise their wont be anythin 2 talk abt ...

This is the one thing I hate about us South Asians, we seem to be more interested in other people's lives. kaun kya kar raha hai, kisse baat kar raha hai, why aren't u getting married, if married - why aren't u having kids!

I agree with both of u...whether its ur family, friends or neighbours...all they are concerned about is what is happening in other people's lives...They forget that people who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others...

Nidhi's character is loosing sympathy because she is ready to break off with Ashu without even Trying to Convince Baba for once...If then also Baba Disapproved AshNi's relation..she going ahead with Baba's decision is atleast believable..but in that situation also she should be telling Baba that she is breaking off with Ashu but she will not marry any other Guy also..She will be a spinster..That way she will be able to justify both her role of Lover and Daughter...

After reading today's update (have yet to watch the episode) I also have stopped sympathising with Nidhi...I too feel that she has given up without a fight...proving she is not the brave girl she claimed to be...but a weakling...She has actually chosen the way of a coward to get out of this mess...In fact now my entire sympathy is with Ashu...For Nidhi's sake he agreed to whatever she said...

And whats with the precap...Nidhi all happy and saying she will cook dinner...The least she could have done was use emotional atyachar on her family...But here she is proving to them that she is happy with the decision she has been forced to take...Not only that but her Baba and DB will now definitely believe that it was her decision and she is happy with it and they were right all along in what they thought and did...Trying to figure out the reasons behind what these Cvs are trying to show us is too much of a strain on my poor brain cells...So its better to just sit back and watch what they are showing instead of trying to find reason or logic in what is being shown...
