even if MB really exited from the show they don't need to show Ashu's accident and then changed face due to plastic surgery and all crap like other shows...

they can simply put new actor walked in Ashu's feed by showing declaimer at the show start that 'MB who was playing to role of Dr. Ashu is facing health issue and quit the show. From today's episode Mr. XXX will be playing Dr. Ashu in the show. Kindly bear with us."

Or else they can put the bottom scroll line for entire episode.

There is no harm in that. Also killing Ashu, they will kill the love story itself...so no use.
