Tanu it just means that MB was not comfortable doing the show for whatsoever reasons,so he has quit the show leaving all his fans shattered.(very unprofessional of him)

He was unhappy with the tracks and if marriage track is coming up, he must have thought its not worth of him struggling and spoiling his health for some thing on which he is not convinced.

As in these sops the script keeps on changing it might be very hard for any actor like MB to keep convinced with all the illogical/clptrap changes.

And frankly during those around 2 months with so much of Rohan, Mallika's illogical stuffs /negativity I had thought how come an actor like MB is still associated with this show'but later on as got to see improvements thought KTLK team and Sony have collectively worked on to it ...alaaas I was wrong.

Looks like AshNi marriage track ... and MB was against to it from the begining. I mean he kept on saying, the day marriage happens show comes to end...

@Tanu: tfs...so sneha tweets says it all though quite indirectly. We all knw the reasons bt just can't write it openly for sentimental purpose. AnyWays MB hd given us slight hints of him quiting show earlier when all went halla bol on his FB page. Remember. @Apurva: gud that u r now relaxed after getting to knw the reason. @Aizaz: congrats!...

Well, I have finally digested this news, so am adding my 2 cents here.

I too feel there is definitely more to this than anyone is admitting to and it has to do with the future tracks and the direction this show is about to take. Like most of you even I feel that this decision has been taken in the last few days given the fact that PH is only now searching for a replacement. I think this probably started the day the park sequence was shot when Ashu promises to talk to Nidhi's father, like as if its a marriage proposal for Nidhi, the outcome would have been a marriage track. Now due to the Nihan fiasco Nidhi may walk out of her house and Ashu will end up marrying her when he gets back from Delhi. This is something MB never wanted to do I guess.

I am sure a lot of actors work through illness and the PH accommodates them by making necessary script changes to give them rest. When Sneha maam says they have worked out all combinations with MB my guess is that he requested that Nidhi return to Kotnis, so we can revert to a hospital romance that is still hush-hush and still 'no touch' like what was originally planned for this show but maybe PH/Sony want it to be more dramatic like a marriage track against family's wishes and then Ashni together will face society.

So when there are basic ideological differences it is better to part ways than put up with each other. Lets wait and watch!!
