I had taken a chance and sent a mail to Virendra Shahaney, Fiction Head, Sony. This is what I had written:

Saw Sneha's tweet about Mohnish Bahl. A little confused here because Mohnish's Facebook status says that his medical condition is temporary. If that is the case, why can we not have him back after sometime? Every logic has been twisted on its head in this show. Why not twist one more and, bring him back once he has recovered sufficiently a la Ekta Kapoor.

He has sent the following response to me

Can I please request all to send mails to him too? His mail id is virendras@setindia.com. Am posting this comment in Yanks thread too.
