Dr. A totally needs to step up his game and he needs to make up for his mistakes and Mallu's:

He messed up her career - first firing Nidhi because he was "in love" and then recommending her for a job behind her back - he totally messed up😡😡 Instead of asking Armaan what Nidhi expects from him - he should ask Nidhi what she wants to do careerwise and if she wants to return to Kortnis, start a clinic, what? Once she figures it out he should support her in achieving whatever that goal is. Currently he calls her "doc" but, treats her like a "doll"😳 - someone who should do only what he wants!

2. Losing the House - he's the reason they lost the house... if he had truly been mature than they would have been able to retain it.

3. Gifting - N is always stepping up, but he can't even receive gifts graciously🤣🤣

4. Prioritizing N - if N is truly most important person in his life then he needs to demonstrate that in his behaviour instead of chipking to Mallu. N knows his likes and dislikes...he needs to make a reciprocal effort.

NO denying both need a back up for plans, but ashu is more thinking like a older man , he is too much to take at times

I donno but first half of the episode was so dam irritating , i didnot finish watching the rest of repeats ...

Ashu;s confession to nidhi reg tie was more like how he used to talk about nidhi to mallu before ...

Before the situation was different n now its different thing ...not wearing the tie was better option instead of wearing the tie on mallika's request .

My POV...the CVs r confused themselves...they don't know how to steer this story in the right way esp Ashu's behaviour ( messed up his charc totally ) so every time their mind changes according;y we see Ashu's charac graph changing ...nothing we can do and bang our heads against , even if we want to !!!

Another thing it is very very difficult to change one's behaviour once it is set and here Ashu has had 42 years of set behaviour...so expecting him to change overnight is not right...BUT yes as a sensible person i really want him to be concerned as much if not more about Nidhi like he is with Mallu !!!! If she is his BF Nidhi is UR LOVE Man...THINK !!!!!
