I am talking about chemistry of a different kind. Where two individuals who love each other are still a little uncomfortable. There is no physical touch here mainly bec its not required at this time...They are barely committed to each other. They have just discovered that they are in love...yet they are to experience much more...That takes times...ages.

They have to try to balance this" LOVE" between them, as both of they have this huge difference in mindset. They need time to sort it out before they go all out in the world.

There is a strain in their relsp that was very evident. The disappointment came in for the most of you maybe bec you all very expecting a standard romance sequence.

One has to remember Ashutosh is just back after fighting his own demons. He has expressed himself pretty well. Why wasn't Nidhi reciprocative.? Couple of reasons , perhaps bec she is feeling guilty of selling his precious home. She is preoccupied with her dad's ill health.

Ashutosh was loving, caring and even did his duty to go and see her Dad...He was a perfect gentleman. " HOW ARE YOU NIDHI" ? was so lovingly said...there was so much gentleness in that one sentence. Every relationship needs time..to blossom..this discomfort initially is the beginning of a lifetime of love.
In my view Krittika and Mohnish did a damn good job...

And Nidhi received an text SMS from Ashu (really Mallu) to not to contact him anymore, so she thinks he is so angry, but wanted to talk to him about the house at least, since that was Ashu's mental agony/pain. I think we will see AshNi start up their relationship soon and see a bubbly Nidhi once her baba is better. 😊

But they could have shown him reaching out to her physically and then draw back. We would have then probably understood the awkwardness between them. Having said that, yeah, that "How are you Nidhi?" was beautiful.
Nidhi, on the other hand, was apprehensive in the chai scene and not really herself. Yes, I would have loved to see her crying and Ashu consoling her, but I think the script required this sudden awkwardness. Her parting line to Ashu in the parking lot was excellently done👏
I agree that there have been some awkward scenes between the two in the past...but MB sounds happier with the script now...and yes, this relationship needs time (something the cvs didn't give them the first time).

Tanu...excellent post...don't want u to hit me but i think our expectations from AshNi r too much and actually yesterday i felt it was just right...i know, even i wanted them to hug or at least hold hands but when u think what both of them have been thru these past days, Nids being scared and Ashu being a little awkward is ok...If u notice Nids did have a small smile on her face after he accepted that she told him she sold the house and the reason behind it. Before that she was in turmoil as she knew how imp the house was for him and her (she so wanted to make it theirs)
that she was feeling scared and sad...maybe the expression of KK did not come out perfect but she was good. Ashu on the other hand is still on a high after letting go of the past but the sadness when he came to know the house was sold was shown beautifully with spontaneous tears from his eyes...but he overcome the sadness as soon as he knew the reason for the sale...MB handled the scene in top fashion.
The only thing jarred for me is Nids saying twice that koi zaroorat nahin when Ashu wanted to visit Baba, once in the tea stall and once in the car park...don't understand the logic behind that...i mean the person u love wants to go and visit ur father and he is a famous doctor and u say koi zaroorat nahin huh??? what kind of statement is this ???? Ashu's insistence is the sign that he has indeed moved on and is now willing to stand by her ( he has accepted his love for her totally)

Indeed now...i have a feeling the CVs r laying ground for the misunderstanding to crop up from Nids side when she comes to know that Ashu's obsession for house has indirectly led to her Baba's ill health.

Reg the chemistry btw AshNi ...yes it is a reason for concern , but i feel once MB and KK start shooting together regularly with each other it will return...i am not going to blame anyone of them for it...blame it on the PH, scheduling or the 45 mins episodes which led to the actors being spread to diff sets ...as i said in ur analysis post answer , they have to be in one frame from now others can act woth BDs, ghosts etc ...i don't care...their comfort level with each other has to be restored...

Rambling on and on...but this is my POV...agree with peaceful and saya312...it was a lovely episode...it can only get better from here !!!! 😊

I dun think its a TODAY's phenomena that i have pointed out.. i have CITED an example of the deteriorating chemistry.. and trust me.. time n TRP both are indicating towards it that many dont see it..!

There is no physical touch here mainly bec its not required at this time...They are barely committed to each other. I dun think.. love needs a physical expression to be considered as love.. and hence no touch was needed... but its only natural that the person who u love more than urself. when u see them. u wuld breakdown... no one was expecting Nidhi to fly into Ashus arms.. so there 😆 And trust me in today TIME n AGE (the show belongs to Todays generation 😆) at this rate.. there wont be much TIME left to show... forget ages

They have to try to balance this" LOVE" between them, as both of they have this huge difference in mindset. They need time to sort it out before they go all out in the world.

For that the CVs have to show logical scenes between them.. which are few and far between ...

There is a strain in their relsp that was very evident. The disappointment came in for the most of you maybe bec you all very expecting a standard romance sequence.

Which is??? 😆

Guilty... Nidhis aka KK's expression had little of guilt.. or anger or passion.. it was plain ...disinterest on her expression! When ur preoccupied about ur father .. u dun tell ur Senior Surgeon Doc B.F to 'zarurat to nahi hai' not once.. three times.. 😆 u wuld rather welcome him to visit n check on Baba!

And we hv seen Nidhi hit Rohan for disappearing without telling her... n then her continuously saying that dun ever do that again..! What happened to her when she met Ashu after ages?? No reaction.. to that also?? Aap kahan chale gaye the.. aapko pata hai.. aapke bina yahan main kitni akeli ho gai thi??

U need warmth.. in a relation. .not physical touch on screen.. genuine warmth n i found that lacking yesterday BIG TIME

But there isnt a lifetime of a SHOW ka run... lets be practical here.. 😆

In my view Krittika and Mohnish did a damn good job...

Surely.. ur POV 😳

And well ... i really want to know which other shows u watch.. that will help me immensely to understand WHY (if at all) ur perspective of romance differs.. (if at all) 😆

That was because it was SHOT With a Body double.. not MB 😆

Yes this i agree.. MB looks happier.. more so because.. Ashu has been redeemed.. n logically... hope it gets better from here.. for AshNi. .n not just Ashu or Nidhi... ! The CVs need to treat them as a unit...

Yes, even I was wondering about the koi zaroorat line. She did look a little annoyed when she said that. The only conclusion I can draw is that she is on some psychological level, blaming Ashu for not being there for her... and yes, this might erupt at some point!!
As for the chemistry, we have to see them get comfortable together, not the DB ones...and we would like these moments before the next big misunderstanding!

this wuld only redeem imho todays lackluster n too-formal heart-to-heart

thats my worry.. theres so much of BD business in AshNi scenes n overall in the show..

sorry tanu... i m one of those few with diverse view today...
today's episode was in connection with characterization, standpoint and mind set of protagonists...
meeting at chai started with few seconds of bliss and turning to apprehension for nidhi...(helplessness for selling ashu's beloved home)...ashu finding nidhi's truancy due to baba's ill health...
and his immediate owning to blame for nonsensical behavior (show his positive approach ) and the finally big truth coming out...nidhi's misery and ashu biggest setback showing up as tears rolled down...maturity showed up in both the character...ashu taking initial in relation when insisting on seeing baba...
this episode was not about hugging or kissing(i look forward to those too)..it was more of putting maturity, trust, understanding to their relation..

kk did well with uneasiness, slight grudge, and despair...
MB discomfort (from biggest blow ), to showing involvement to see baba was worth watching transition from tear to smile was excellent ...

this episode had a charm of their excellent talent...
i hope they bring back nidhi to kotnis ...the more screen space they share more dazzling chemistry will show up...
