i feel she is not happy for now because is feels her friend doesn't know what she is doing. She herself is in love but doesnt want to accept it, maybe because she is scared of both of them being hur.

but soon she will accept Dr Rag. and Dr Ashu.

Anji is on her way to fall in love also, and today's epi was a glimpse of it... I think she'll accept AshNi's relationship, and will hopefully support her friend cause she'll understand better what Nidhi went through.
