Well, it seems that creatives are putting all tough efforts to bring the Sony show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge high on the chartbuster. In the last episodes we have seen that Dr. Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) has made tremendous attempts to woo Dr. Ashutosh (Mohnish Behl) but all failed.

However in the coming episodes Dr. Nidhi might get to cheer finally. A new man Rohan (Karan Wahi) has entered in her life who in fact is a marriage proposal for Dr. Nidhi brought by her dadi bua as we earlier informed you.
Well, Dr. Nidhi might be furious to learn the reality but soon when she will see the change in Dr. Ashutosh, we are sure she would fall in love with her dadi bua for all reasons. Buzz says that there's going to be a turnaround in Ashutosh's feelings as he will soon get insecure about the new entrant in Dr. Nidhi's life.
At the other end Armaan (Nitesh Pandey) is trying his best to let his childhood friend Dr. Ashutosh realize his love for Dr. Nidhi. However, with Rohan entering Nidhi's life, Ashutosh will feel insecure and jealous. Still he will try to hide his feelings and behave in an indifferent when he gets to interact with Rohan.
