My freaky mind is working and finding the symbolism from the scene . for dr . maalika, his heart doors are closed . and dr . nidhi apni jagah bana kar hi rahegi . dr. nidhi ne dr.ashu ke dil ke darwaze mein dastak de chukhi hi 🤪
