I hope we get some positive signs tomorrow...especially some kind of gesture from Dr. A such as the handshake/earrings which really begins to push Nidhi over the little line separating her from LOVE

Yes, I am warming up to Dr.RN too . I am sure AR ( we need a name for them ; I don't want certain fans protesting against me for using AR for another couple😛) Vishal looked drool worthy in that shirt.

Nidhi sounded a bit cold hearted when she refused to go to the hospital even after knowing the kids were hungry. she could have shown her worry and decide to go to H atleast once. But then I suppose they need to drag and add more masala😆

Yeah they are setting up masala for a high point with Nidhi returning frantically for Shehenshah...but ah well...as long as the treatment is fine...which it has been so far *touchwood*...let's see what this week holds.

Even in a sort of filler epi, there were enough interesting nuances acting-wise especially by MB that carried it through😊

Loved ...the heart to heart with Shahensha.. n in his heart of hearts Ashu knows..that.. Shahensha wont give up... but i still m a bit shocked...that a kid runs out of a hosp... esp one with menengitis..🤔

Yeah Nidhi's struggle with her emotions was shown in a bit there...the dilemma she is in...she was overwhelmed the last time she was in the children's ward and she probably fears that going back would again be the same...her practical reason ofcourse is there but I think she fears her weakening defenses as well.

LOL yeah a kid could so easily escape from the hospital😕😆...but chalo creative liberties...uska naam bhi toh SHAHENSHAH aise hi nahin rakha😆

Agree with your point about Mallika...I guess these are the stark differences b/w her and Ashu that they haven't been able to bridge in all these years...Ashutosh is no-nonsense about all other things except when it comes to children...then he's a softie😆

Though this whole Shehanshah and Nidhi bonding bit bugs me a bit... I liked this serious aspect of Dr. Ranga tons... Vishal is a good actor, and it was good variation to be showing his serious side to Nidhi... from his normal goofy side...

The subtle differences in how Dr Ashu and Mallika treat patients, specially children shows this vast difference in the two personalities, and good reason why the two are not together and not meant to be so... I guess in a way...

Good point about the convo b/w father-daughter today...it does show that Nidhi doesn't have that focus in her life...especially at this point when it seems she's spent the majority of her life running AWAY from becoming a doctor without really thinking about what she REALLY wants to be...and now when her father is offering her options apart from being in the medical field, she's given noncommittal shrugs...and obviously then the only other option left is her daadi bua asking her to get married😆...which also she obviously doesn't want at this point...aakhir Dr. Nidhi ko life se KYA chahiye...that is the question...which she has to find the answer to...time for soul-searching...she is restless and doesn't really seem to feel that happy hanging out or going shopping with Anjie either...she is yet to understand what she is yearning for and where her true vocation lies.

I also love it when they show serious aspects to RN...Vishal is a very good actor and I'd love it if they added more layers to RN.

Excellent point about Ashu and Mallika and the difference b/w them...it was subtly yet significantly driven home today...I think children are Ashu's weakness...he has a major soft spot for them that somehow Mallika hasn't ever been able to REALLY support him in...it's like she can't really connect with that part of his heart that melts when it comes to children...that is the trait that Nidhi has and that is what I think somewhere draws Ashu towards Nidhi too.

his phone call to her can be one.. 😳 than of-course i want him to speak for her in-front of Mallika and let her stay in O.T.

I realize though Mallika makes sense.. and Nidhi currently not being a part of that hospital has no right to take part in an operation but anything for seeing AshNi together.. 😳

I think had Nidhi agreed to go back with Ranga to the hospital it would have been sort of unrealistic. I like how she is not like those typical self sacrificing leading ladies of most TV shows but is a normal human, a real character. One can connect to it.

Yeah i too found Anji's Dad's and Ranga's bit OTT.. her Dad especially at one point was shouting.. Anji was nice.

I think it's that acting that elevates even just ok epis...MB was simply BRILLIANT with the nuances he expressed in the tiniest of scenes...like the last scene as you pointed out...you can SEE that Ashu is also upset that she refuses to come back even after all this...when he says, 'thode samay ke liye bhi nahin', you can see that it pinches him that she couldn't even do this much for the kids...he's being practical on the surface and going about his routine, trying to find other solutions...but it definitely bothers him otherwise that she is refusing to come back.

I do get the feeling that if she does come back, he will sunaao a lot to her about not coming back for the kids atleast for a little while😆

Agree about Nidhi being a real character and not self-sacrificing, mahaan types.
