What kind of a lawyer did they hire? So the courts are so stupid that they'll hand over a child to someone the child has NEVER known and who just found out that she's a blood relative of?

Also, what kinda psychopath is Sanjana, she's installing web cams and all.. She should be arrested for all this. Why is this getting so much importance? Since when are side tracks so imp. What is this AAAAAAAHHHHHHH

Also the courts care the most about the child. Not the blood relation bakwas. They'd always pick a richer family. Regardless of how well or bad their shaadi is doing. Divorced people also get custody over adopted kids.

Secondly if I buy this bizarre blod relationship bakwas, the only people that have a legal right ask for guardianship and custody are the grandparents.

Sanjana can't even ask for custody much less win it. What stupidity.

So excited today I saw glimpse of side characters Dev Dixit and Sonakshi Bose in this show called Sanjana Ke rang Pagalpan ke

Honestly whenever that ghatiya song plays I just press mute! Its disgusting and cheapens our awesome KRPKAB soundtrack

Sana is giving zero expression but it's still creepy af!

Yaar what stupidity. Devakshi had to adopt ayush because legally he was their child. No blood relation is irrelevant.

Soha being born to devakshi under section 112 of the Indian evidence act (proof of legitimacy) is presumed to be their daughter.

Basically in this article a child born to a couple after marriage is assumed to be theirs. Blood test can only be used when one the parent deny's the legitimacy of the child and the other parent consents to dna test.

Sanjana has no way of proving any blood relation.

Kuch likhne layak hai hi nahi aaj ke episode mein.

Itna logic.... writers ka dimaag chakra jayega yeh padh kar.

I just got to know that Dev is a software engineer....wahi par mera sar chakra gaya...humko badnaam kar rahe hai aisa character de kar.

Only profession of a nutritionist is portrayed somewhat ok in this show...warna sabhi ke profiles ke dhajiye uda rahe hai like they do in other shows
