How can Ishwari change Ayush's name herself?

I mean yeah....she is super stubborn & has a very bad habit of doing exactly what Sonakshi doesn't want her to do.....but I am talking about the whole procedure here.

Sonakshi clearly told Ishwari that she wouldn't change Ayush's name, Dev also promised Ayush the same so I am assuming even Dev wouldn't want to change Ayush's name. So Ishwari have decided to hide it from them & do it without letting them know. But how? Calling a pandit & doing a puja is enough?🤔 Wouldn't Ayush need to present in it?😕 And Ayush will definitely inform Devakshi. At least Sonakshi for sure.

And even if the puja is done, what about the legal procedure? They need to get an affidavit declaring the name change & get a new copy made of all his documents with the new name. How is Ishwari planning to achieve all that without involving Devakshi? 🤓

I think she is just doing the puja stuff. She doesn't know legal paperwork and all. ( Dev also came to know only after Bijoy said so🙄🤭). Even if she wants to change his name officially on paper, it is impossible to do so without parent's approval. Yesterday's episode, Dev said Ayush's adoption is complete and everything is done. That means his surname must have gotten changed too. He is officially Devakshi's son and Ishwari cannot change anything about him legally without both their signatures. (Obviously Sona won't sign anything ever, even if Dev gets swayed and blackmailed by his mother!)

Ishwari is just doing puja and will insist everyone can him Ved at home. Outside, she doesn't care.

She does not care about legal stuff. Going by her delusional behavior, she thinks she would do puja, change the name and everything is done. She expects everything in the world go according to her wish, even laws as Dev does.

Without Sonakshi sign, how adoption paper will b complete? How come dev informing sona adoption paper is complete? If sona had signed, she would also know adoption paper is complete rt. I think writers are messing up with legal things..

I am just waiting for the fireworks tonight.🤣🤣 it will be worth watching the showdown between Ishwari & Sonakshi. Sadist in me loves it when Ishwari faces the heat though sadly it won't deter Ishwari from being obstinate enough trying to get her own way some way or the other.
