Shaheer said in an interview that viewers will get what they're hoping for after the 16th episode, and here's where I'm hoping the story will go. I'm just speculating obviously, PLEASE add to this and tell me what you guys would like to see 💭💭
1) Ayush not actually being their son, and Detective Dixit + Byomkesh Bose teaming up with Jatin to find out what the scene is- I'm dying for the OG Khatri gang to come together for an exposé
2) Exploring Asha's death and the circumstances of the distance between Dev and Sona. Could be that they just didn't know how to console each other in their grief. Dev loved Asha too, his fav Bose girl
3) Ishwari discovering that Suhana was actually her blood after all, and examining her own issues in light of that.
4) The guy texting Elena to turn out to be Rohit.
5) A break from the kids and heavy parenting being the centre of the story, and more casual banter in the dixit household. Need a "socho mein vaisa wala husband hota toh?" moment
I know there has been a lot of hope for ep 16, after Shaheer said so in the interview, that people will get to see what they want. Interestingly, people are assuming that they will see what they want to see. Devakshi fans think there will be romantic moments. Some think the kids track will end after ep 16, some think Ayush will be exposed as not being Devakshi's child after that, etc etc etc.
1. I think the chances of your first point is bleak, because it's already ep 13. All I can see I some loopholes coming up, because Ayush's grandparents seem hesitant to give up legal rights.
2. Asha's death. I love the idea of a death being the cause of distance between the couple. That is actually very realistic. A sudden death of a closed one often exposes issues in relationships and how they deal with it. However, given the typical baby swap going on, I doubt the makers are going to be pursuing something as deep as Asha's death and inability to console each other. I wish that was the case, it would be so believable and so beautiful. Truly.
3. Chances are that might happen. But ep 16? Looks unlikely.
4. Now that will be an interesting twist, tying up two storyline.
5. Whatever angle the storyline takes, the show is desperate need of some light moments. KRPKAB used to be a mix of friction and light moments, the previous season used the Bose and Dixit families to balance it out. But this season has been just solely tension, with no light moments whatsoever, it's really tiresome. And I am not talking about Dev's sexist whatsapp kind of husband jokes. I am talking about some genuinely easy, light moments. I hope they really work on that.
I think people have a lot of hope on the ep 16-17 tip from Shaheer. Let's see where it goes!
