Well, old viewer with some old lens.

Season 3 started with mixed reactions. I like the connection in the story, but questioning soha-parents equation is disturbing. More than that, for me the untouched emotion is Rohit ( hope character name is right) Ayush's father not even once in death bed asked for Soha. He was not shown interested in seeing his daughter for one last time. Even his parents are much focused in sending AYUSH to Dev house but not asked about Soha? This much gender bias?

Anyways, once again I am hooked by the script and acting

Absolutely agree with u ..ayush dad not a single time asked abt his daughter soha..and ayush grandparents did the same ..not a single time asked abt their grand daughter..👎 I was just surprised that our stupid society, culture how rudely behave with daughters 🤬.no one care abt soha except sona..this is real true picture of our so call society..damn 😡

Ishwari knows how to welcome her bada pota ..wow😅

But ayush is adorable specially his eyes like dev.🥰

I think slowly ayush started to love and accept sona as a mom..as he never had mom' s love ,caring..it reminds me one beautiful old movie masoom..

I like the storyline so far

Ishwari gave welcome for Soha too nicely in season 1. That was a beautiful episode.

@bold: Beautifully said. Yes, when Ayush asked Sona to call her as aunt, I was like Sona should say mom but anyway it takes time.

You are right, reminds Masoom. 👍🏼

Let's see how story unfolds.

But I think that would be too much. Even when kids are adopted. Over time only the bond builds. Dev and ishwari are forcing their love. AYUSH just lost his father Dev shouldn't even have told him about the baby swapping.

Either Rohit & his family are too much sexist or the writers are too sloppy in their work. Have your pick. 😆

It's really strange that Rohit or his family didn't even ask about their "original" daughter. Not even once wanted to see her pic. At least some curiosity would be there. And they were obsessed with having a boy but now they want to get rid of him so eagerly. Handed him over so readily. 😆

If all these are actually supposed to be obvious flaws in some grand scheme, then I would say good job. But if there's no scheme & all these are reality, then...it seems the writers need to stop smoking whatever he is smoking while writing 😆

Hi

I like this story , beautiful dialogues , characters none of there entirely wrong or right ....

Every one is behaving according to the way they experienced growing up years .

Rohit’s story may not have much to do with story now I guess.

Writers are going to explore this challenges Devakshi facing , lost passion in the relationship and Maa’s changing shades

What ever it is I will watch and enjoy it

Since ... watching them give me happiness, at times share some topics or post some thing related

This is the only ITV serial I love , it will stay so

Ishwari is not an evil mom in law , I felt empathy for her too... young widow , with small children with no one to support .. that makes me not to dislike her

Dev is great human being , no one is perfect either

Sona is always been real Sona .., at least most of the times

Where do we find these kind of stories !

True. I think the story moves quite fast. No complaints but need time to disclose things which are emotionally arresting.

True. That's why we are back even after some 4 years.

Same wavelength🤗. I wrote about Ishwar's perspective initially during the first half of S1.

As title rightly points, some love and affection have raw colours too.

Guilt is debilitating. Dev accepted all of Ishwari's actions because he felt guilty and helpless. When he met Soha too he immediately told her that he was her dad and not approach Sona first.

Sona was unaware that Soha was not her daughter, but Rohit was aware that Ayush was not his son. That he had wronged both Ayush and Suhana. Dev and Sona were kind of celebrities who made national news. Their break up too was national. Rohit knew what kind of life Ayush would have if he grew with Sona and Dev. He knew that Ayush was not getting what he deserves. At the same time he also knew that his daughter got what she didn't deserve either. Then there was the fact that he hid the truth from his own parents.

Guilt can be debilitating. It can paralyze a person. I feel like he not wanting to meet Soha nor ask for her on his deathbed was the result of that guilt. He knew he had no answers for Soha's questions. He was not ready to take on that burden too to his grave. And I feel that is the same reason for the grandparents too for not asking about Soha. They are consumed by their guilt. They are scared of Soha's questions like "why did you not want me?, why couldn't you love me as me?" etc.

It is a wonderful storyline with lots of emotions involved. I am liking it. :)
