But his way of dealing with things is some thing I don't like often. N I'm entitled to dislike his way of dealing as much as he's entitled to act as per he wishes. LOL

In a twitter cc , we friends were gossiping about various celebrities , ALL of them including the Bolly ones , and Sharica came up and do you know what every one said ?? It was all mostly a PR for the show but Eri was much more invested , and Shah was not and he went back to his Indo life as soon as the need for PR ended .

It boiled my blood to think that Eri is being publicly regarded as the one "being dumped " , , I left the group saying that my mobile is hanging and I'd need to delete the Twitter app . but it hit a raw nerve.

It made me question how exactly the general public views this whole Sharica thing , except us shippers , who go to length analysing .

I'm so glad when Eri took a vacation and reflected on her life and choices in detail and got back to her glam doll avatar , her old dressing style . She didn't do that to prove any thing to anyone I'm sure of that , but it's some thing we do when we take a fresh beginning and start again from the starting line.

Do you know people laugh at Krystal because Karan Tacker never openly acknowledged her as his gf in public , even till date ?? They call her "hanging onto him desperately " and say that KT is just waiting for a more conventionally beautiful girl ( read white white ) to dump her and that KK was a pr for EHMMB ?? This is the public opinion about them as I read in many fcs around the SNS.

When Mohit-Mouni kept their RL status secret for quite a long time , Mouni.. well.. I won't even write what people called her and their opinion about why Mohit is not openly acknowledging her as gf openly ...

All I'm trying to say , whenever this situation happens , people automatically reach the conclusion that all the problem must be with the girl , she's not good enough , not beautiful enough , the guy's family doesn't like her ( in MOMO's case ) etc. etc.

Because that's the common Indian mentality .

And I'm not even talking about celebrities only . In applies to mango people too.

When I started dating at the age of 17 , I decided to keep it secret because my family was against it for several reasons at that time , so on my request my then-bf , (now ex ) agreed to not make it public , though he wanted to do so .

And guess what when finally after dating for 1 year we went public , every single person , be his friends or my friends openly talked about how it's my BF who must have come up with this idea,

All my friends in fact advised me to dump him because he thinks I'm not good enough for him.

So. There. This is the public mentality in general , celeb or non-celeb.

My cousin is of the opinion that Shah was openly dating DB because DB is a big star in Indo and he's hiding Eri because she's a small struggling actor with no new project at present . Also , because he values his indo career much more than Erica , be it friendship or RL ship. She doesn't ship them and laughs at me for actively shipping them and we often have quite vicious arguments in this regard.

Respecting a person in private is not sufficient , not when you're a a celebrity . Definitely not when you're in India.
