Sometimes we fall in love with an illusion and thats what seems to have happened with Shaheer as well. DB played up the role of a poor single woman working hard to earn for her family and needed a strong tough superhero. But the reality of the foolish girl with no moral sense and greed we all know now and so does Shaheer. The illusion broke. Now, Erica has sort of saved him this time. That's why she's-Supergirl for him. She never played the victim despite her rough upbringing and also helped him get his confidence, respect back and is multi talented as well. That gratitude is what we hear in his IV's when he says he's blessed and in the praise he heaps on her. It also reflects in the words of people who care about him and they are all grateful to Erica for getting Shaheer back to the SuperHero that he is. End of ramble :)

Thanks for posting this. U have spoken my mind. How can we tell that it was not love but just infatuation or whether what that guy did at that time was wrong without knowing the actual situation. I think this thread concentrates more on his past, gulabo and ishu then sharica. I am sorry but I said what I felt.

For his indo fans he is superhero, after arjun's character they really treat him as a real superhero, so that's why he wanted to save her like a real hero. Now I can understand why he made his relationship so much public he wanted to show db bashers that he's always there for her even always fought her in sns .
After break up he gone into depression not bcz she ditched him but bcz of too much insult from db and her family even his fans didn't take Stand for him . Remember one of sharica iv he told Erica that don't read those comments then you'll go into depression, it means he's really afraid of bashing he can't see people r hating him .
