Thanks for posting this. U have spoken my mind. How can we tell that it was not love but just infatuation or whether what that guy did at that time was wrong without knowing the actual situation. I think this thread concentrates more on his past, gulabo and ishu then sharica. I am sorry but I said what I felt.

Sorry to be digressing from the topic of discussion here - wanted to share something with all my friends here.
Yesterday I was missing KRP a lot ( I almost always do 😊 ) and thought of watching some old episode and I randomly picked one episode(307) and watched it again. It was the episode where Dev, under the influence of the drug administered by Mami, not only sincerely apologises for his failings but also blurts out his true feelings for Sona. Watching this scene after a considerable gap of time had a strange effect on me. Needless to say that I was bowled over yet again by their acting prowess. The expressions in Shaheer's deep soulful eyes, the perfect modulations of his baritone voice and Erica's perfect emotional expressions - really tug at the heartstrings. Acting is a process of give and take and between these two amazing actors this exchange is just PERFECT 👏
I was left wondering as I watched Shaheer/Dev looking deep into Erica/Sona's eyes that can it all be just acting ? Even if you mute the dialogues and just watch these two emote you would forget that it's part of a scene from a tv show and that these two are acting- atleast I felt goosebumps as if I was watching Sharica communicating on a different plane altogether. And I am sure there are many more of such scenes where, if we look closely, we will actually FEEL their love story unfolding right in front of our eyes and the deep respect and understanding these two have amongst themselves 😳

My day was made and I felt so happy - that's why I thought of sharing it here 😊

Hello shippers :) The last few posts compelled me to write to with whatever itsy bitsy info I possess. The statement Shaheer made about not talking to his mother was made on stage and he said that he does not pick up her calls (after she found out about DB) but he's sure that she knows he loves her the most. This is why in KRPKAB, he cried during Ishwari's dialogues despite them not seeming that sentimental to the audience. My two cents on the love/infatuation thing is- Shaheer has a hero complex. He saw that DB was shamed by the society for her divorce and child and her sob story of working from age 4. He literally wanted to be that hero who saved her (like a superhero) from the bashers. Sometimes we fall in love with an illusion and thats what seems to have happened with Shaheer as well. DB played up the role of a poor single woman working hard to earn for her family and needed a strong tough superhero. But the reality of the foolish girl with no moral sense and greed we all know now and so does Shaheer. The illusion broke. Now, Erica has sort of saved him this time. That's why she's-Supergirl for him. She never played the victim despite her rough upbringing and also helped him get his confidence, respect back and is multi talented as well. That gratitude is what we hear in his IV's when he says he's blessed and in the praise he heaps on her. It also reflects in the words of people who care about him and they are all grateful to Erica for getting Shaheer back to the SuperHero that he is. End of ramble :)
