We haven't still know the starting date of the next season and if the rumors about Season 2 starting after Diwali comes out to be true... Oh God...

Thankfully, my boss after seeing me dancing (in happiness, not literally) last week (after the news of Season 2 being confirmed came out) has given me more things to work on...

So, I can, at least, distract myself, but it also meant that I was away from this forums for quite some time...

Seriously Suyash, I can't tell you how much restless I myself am since I heard the news of new season. Earlier I was trying to pacify myself that it is over, and I have only the YT videos and my forum buddies with me. But now not only all my "detachment strategies" have failed, I am increasingly growing restless looking forward to the new episodes.

@Bold: Your boss is a true gem 😆😆

@Shaavi and Suyash : Amazing discussion guys! 👏 Aap logo ne apne discussin se chaar chaand laga diye. I was actually missing good discussions at the Analysis thread on this weekend.

I agree with some points from both of you. I feel Sonakshi's journey in this aspect had just started with the arrival of Shubh and with Ishwari's dialogue "Tera har nakhra sar aankho par beta". Only the unconditional support from both Dev and Ishwari would encourage her to accept her flaws and assure her that nobody is going to love her any less than they already do, if she has some flaws like any other human. However, I don't think she would become a caricature like Bijoy because Dev has learnt to trust Sonakshi's judgement and decisions about situations and vice versa (Dev trusts Sonakshi in Khatri's matter and Sonakshi trusts Dev in Vicky's matter when he explains her what Vicky is upto) unlike Asha-Bijoy.

I think they have already touched upon your points to some degree.

I still cannot get over that how easily Ex-GKB & Vicky have been absolved for all their acts. Because of them a father lost seven years of his daughters life and vice versa. A wife lost the support of her husband when she needed him the most. And after all this these two were enjoying for seven years. I really want someone to show them the mirror and make them feel so much guilty that they themselves leave IN. Also I want Mamaji to repent as well for his silence. Even after seeing the wrong doings he was quiet and never told Ishwari or for that matter his family on how wrong they were

I don'y know why, but I have feeling that the duo would have to payback for their deeds, but when that payback is least expected. Otherwise, everybody at the Dixits is ready to forgive their family, no matter how magnanimous the crime.

That's a fairly long list and it would be a herculean task for the makers to incorporate so much in 30 episodes.

I share the same sentiments as @sp12 and would just accept whatever comes my way.

I'll be content with anything which has Dev-Sona-Soha/Shubh in one frame.

Whatever you wished should be the course to be taken while moving ahead. But I feel not even one percent of that will be shown to us. Both of you read the IF article on Erica's birthday special? The writter just overglorified Sonakshi's Charecter crossing the limits.

Most of the matter written can be contradicted easily by genuine viewers. For instance the writter Said Sonakshi gave the option to Soha reg her father. Soha Ofcourse was given choice but Sonakshi very cleverly indicated that Dev did not take care of her properly. Which daughter will then chose her father who did not care for her mother?

Every point they wrote I can oppose with proper justification.Sonakshi who is so ordinary and faulty is hailed to the maximum level . Shaavi, even makers also would do the same . They won't let her say sorry or break down before Dev. So nothing would be shown like you wished to see.

I wonder why no one in the IF main pages writes about Dev Dixit,the most endearing,noble,genuine,honest,caring,intelligent,sensible,respectful,golden hearted,forgiving,patient ...Charecter ever seen on television. I wish I hope I would read something that showcases such a noble soul played by awesome Shaheer.

I will celebrate if atleast one wish of you come true. But I am sure it won't happen.

To say the least I thought they will show RR breaking down before Dev,begging pardon .Leave alone Sonakshi Bose even RR is not made to say sorry to Dev.

So I just feel contented to see a happy Dev playing with his kids.
