Dear sir/madam,

It looks like nobody is monitoring the telecast of this serial.

Vocal track is hardly audible compare to background music.

If one has to hear the dialog's you have to increase the volume but than the background music is too loud.

And yes I have correctly configured my audio settings, I also watch and hear other serials they are perfect.

Even dialog's from advertisements are better than this serial.

This is true...i.have problem with the dialogues...they are not audible while bg is very loud..hope they change it

Some improvement is seen for last couple of days.

Now background music audio is reduced while exchanging dialogues, still when dialogues are absent music is too loud.

Still thanks for implementing suggestions.
