Promises made in KRPKAB are to be broken...But

Ishwari had promised Dev that his happiness is always what mattered to her. But broke that promise many times, due to her insecurities.

Sona promised Dev never to leave him, come what may. But, forgot it in a second, partially due to circumstances and partially due to the reason that she didn't trust Dev.

Elena promised Sona to leave Vicky. Couldn't fulfill it, due to her impulsive & immature nature.

Boses had promised not to keep a secret among any one of them. But Asha had to hide Mrs. Mondal's theft due to Bijoy's impulsive/ hyper nature & anger.

All the above promises were broken, when the party who made the promise was challenged to take a final action.

BUT, IN THE MIDST OF ALL THESE, THERE WAS ONE PROMISE THAT WAS NOT BROKEN AND THAT PROMISE WAS MADE BY NONE OTHER THAN THE DEV DIXIT TO HIS MOTHER - a promise he made to his mother when he was young - THAT HE WILL NEVER LEAVE HIS MOTHER.

Left are the two promises, given/taken by the fathers - Dev & Bijoy, and that too unlike the above promises, was done on kasam of their lives, when their daughters mattered to them the most.

Dev gives a cross your heart & hope to die promise to Golu that Golu will always be loved by his Bigcha, evenif Soha comes to picture.

Bijoy takes a kasam on himself from Sona, that she doesn't & will not have any relation with Dev.

And we have seen, both this promises not been fulfilled till now when chota-mota problems came up; but that is fine.

Now, I would like to hear from you all, how Dev & Sona is going to deal with their promises when a situation comes, were these promises will be challenged in its true sense. Will they break it or fulfill it?

P.S. While rewatching yesterday's episode, noticed that one more promise has been broken. The one which Ishwari gave to RR in the hospital. That whatever Ishwari does from now onwards, she will discuss with RR & do. And in yesterday's episode we saw, how Ishwari went to meet Sona, without telling RR...Kuch Promises Thodne ke liye bhi...🤣
