Today when I read the news that krpkab shooting went whole night after shaheer came back to India from Indo trip, I felt, "Yes" we need to appreciate the actor's commitment, dedication and hard work,

but is our appreciation and praises only for the main leads only?

I'm sure everybody would agree with me that it's a team effort and hard work. There was no mention of the hard work put in by the crew backstage?? !!

I was seriously thinking about the backstage crew like spot boy, cameraman, attenders, makeup person and all other people who are involved with the shooting. Not everybody is in a big position.

The lead actor's effort can easily be recognized but we seldom talk and appreciate the backstage crew.

As much hard work as the actors put in, at least they get to go back to their homes in their luxurious cars after their shoot. My heart aches for the crew behind the scenes, who are very well working long tiring hours, adjusting to the schedules of the main leads and as result may have to work back to back without breaks. Sometimes, they end up working twice as hard as the main leads, as they are shooting the actors at different schedules. They end up with lot less rest, money and also appreciation !! I'm writing this post for the entire backstage crew (The Real Heroes) appreciating their hard work and making the entire fandom happy along with the rest of the Krpkab cast.

A BIG Thanks to the entire crew⭐️, whose work will not go unnoticed!!!!!👏👏👏

You are absolutely correct if user.
The back stage crew have a backbreaking work before during and after the shoot.
They are mostly unappreciated and unnoticed.
Let us thank them and congratulate them for being the backbone of this show and it's success.

yup i totally agree on this. we seldom value the contribution of the others. when a show is successful it is only because of the collective efforts of many.

Very true. I had written the same in appreciation post for the leads. Rest of the cast, crew, writers all should be acknowledged for the tremendous effort they put in day in day out. ⭐️👏

Absolutely, most of us talking about the main actor and actress commitment and their support for each other. Agreed all that is true and even I appreciate them.
But very few really talk and appreciate the entire crew.
Really thanks for making this post.
Also, I want to share my thoughts about the actors attitude in real life. I feel bad that some actors/actress misuse their stardom and show her/his biased attitude towards their religion on their personal SNS. They should remember that over million likes on their personal SNS is from the fans all over the world who belong to different religions. I don't like when I see any actor/actress posting the wishes for the festivals only belong to her/his religion. But the innocent fans ignore to see this side of the nature about actors. The innocent fans get involved so much in to the onscreen character that they think whoever enact positive role would believe to be the same in real life but it's not always true. The actors should realize that they remain in limelight only with their fans support,so they better understand this and acknowledge the fans.
Also, I see most of the actors make YouTube videos to educate the viewers on the art but are they doing it just for the benefit of the fans?
The truth of the fact is that more the viewers they get on the site they make money too.
So, all my point is it's nothing wrong in on what they doing I just wanted to tell that not every actor is "Mahaan" or care for the fans. We should not go over board on any thing.

Absolutely agree. It's a team work. Actors are the face we see. Beyond that there r so many things as u said. All workers contribute to the success.

Actually, as per my knowledge, the crew ie., behind the screen crew work on shift basis, so they are not actually disturbed by the shifts, its only the actors who are more burdened or in the lime light. They will have assistants to each part of the set like photography, cameraman, director and they can have substitutes also. And the shots they take some scenes are taken 40 times, while they are editing they will see the best. Dev gundaa attack scene was shot for nearly 1 day, it was Shaheer who gave number of shots, they record and then they edit. This doesn't mean I don't appreciate the crew members efforts, I appreciate the actors the most.
