Though it came as a surprise I too liked Dev's apologies ( I hope we see more of this again😳). I didn't feel Sona as a fool here, she is being the original genuine person by heart cleverly making the mighty Dev shedding his ruff exterior once again. I think its very smart of her here. When we observe closely Sona didn't initiate the hug neither participated in it but simply acknowledged which showed her thinking process clearly. She is not here to have any romantic relationship with him or to forgive him for the breakup but she was dignified enough to accept her part of mistake which made Dev quiver with shame and ultimately bowing down! Sona has done her part taking the first step being the bigger person, its upto Dev now !

@bold : Absolutely not , but if a woman is strong and gutsy enough to straighten the dog's tail who are we to judge her decision as cowardliness and doormat quality?

I am not blaming or judging Sona (intact never blamed or judged) here for walking out but am praising her for owning up to her part of mistake and that defines the "strength" of a person in my dictionary because blaming others for your misery is what cowardice , owning up your own mistakes is not !!

I will equally be elated if makers would explore the aspects what you have mentioned and with Saurabh's and Vicky's parallels being shown along Devakshi's life, I sense we might get to see some..

It was a beautiful episode - especially the hug...Shaheer has always given steller performances. This is going to go as one the best scene again.

He is good in expressing when it comes to such emotional scene... the crestfallen face with tears brimming in his eyes and finally the hug...whoa...what can I say...speechless and yes I did notice the thank you with the tears falling...

Man, this man really aces that scene so beautifully holding you spellbound, and making your cry with him when he hugged his gal.

I was replaying that scene over and over again...lost count.

In no way, this is a reunion. Its just acceptance of their mistakes and I am hoping to see that this will pave way for them to be stronger together in future.

New beginnings but before they lay the ghost of the past to rest, they still need an open heart to heart talk about what went wrong on that fateful night...the hug is just the start...more to come.

I dont know whether they will be together or will find their own paths in future. But to move forward in life, they need to come out from their past cage. Accepting their own mistakes and forgiving each other is very much needed to free themselves from the painful past. Memories are very powerful tools, it has the power to make as well as break a person. Forgetting painful memory may not be easy but if we need peace in life then we need to learn to forgive or else we will be struck in the past forever.

In case if they want to give another chance to their relationship, I really hope this time it should be built with trust, respect and understanding instead of some xyz third person involvement. I really want to see them happy and together since till now we only saw them struggling all the time. They truly deserve every happiness in this world.
