I think he doesn't want his relationship to go the way Devakshi's did go.. Ofcourse Asha is there but still

I think he is a contrast to Dev who never stands up for his wife. Saurabh supporting his wife was actually refreshing although Asha didn't deserve to have that confrontation with her son.

But it just shows clearly that joint families are not ideal for every new couple. Be it Dixits or Boses.. Nobody is perfect.

Bolded - Every thing has its own merits & demerits. Instead of focusing on the demerits (which is human, as we tend to be lil bit selfish), if we try to concentrate & move on with the merits, then it will have a positive impact on our life. Only condition is that whatever we do, dil se karna chaahiye; not out of any pressure...😊
