Whenever I watch the episodes, I am in awe of it!
The intensity and the complexities of real emotions can't be depicted better than this.
What Sona said on Friday is the entire crux of this show and life!
"Tum kyu nahi samajhte Dev? Kyu sirf Do rang dikhte hai?
Kuch Rang aise bhi hote hai, Dev!"
When has life or love ever been black or white? When has a person ever been good or bad?
If life is a rainbow, it is a unique one with all the hues, all the shades..Blacks, greys, browns, all the dull colors and all the bright ones.
Sometimes it is a new color which is a mix of all! Sometimes it is dark and bright both!
If you look for only the bright ones, you will be disappointed.
Dev, like Sonakshi said, is only looking for extremes. He loved Sonakshi infinitely and if it cannot be love, it can only be hatred.
Either white or black.
While Sonakshi wanted to be in an unreal, neither-love-nor-hate relationship with Dev ever since he re-entered their lives as Soha's father.
When Dev crossed his boundary of hatred to hurt her again, it broke down Sona.
It broke her down because She cannot hate this person and neither can she express her love. If she expresses how much she is in love with him even now, It will give him the power ro break her heart all over again but if she remains silent, It will be only hatred (a facade ofcourse) from his side..which Sonakshi cannot bear.
Dev's spiteful words broke her down enough to see what went wrong. To open her eyes to the reality.
"Sab kuch unki galti hi toh nahi ho sakti na"
"Tum kyu bure papa nahi ho Dev? Kam se kam mujhe ye lagta ke itne saal tumse dur rehne ka decision sahi tha"
"Kitna mushkil tha khud ko samjhana ke tumse nazre mila saku"
"Kab tak mai khud ko Sonakshi Dixit kehti rahi"

"Tum humesha kehte the na mai tumse madad nahi mangti. Ab mai kehti hu, I need you Dev"
This has to be the first time ever since their marriage when Sonakshi realised that she was trying to manage everything all by herself. She always wanted Dev to be there by her side but not as her knight in shining armour but shield. Dev has this bitterness that Sonakshi never trusted him enough to share everything. To share everything so that he could take charge.
Sonakshi realised this today.
"Where are you Mr. Aubhodro!
Please come back"đ

It was painful to see Sonakshi breaking down like this! But it was very much needed...
The first step towards reconciliation is taken by Sonakshi. Opening her eyes to the reality and facing the pain.
Admitting the truth. Again, to acknowledge that their relationship was not broken because of black or whites. Who is at fault cannot be defined but whether they will forgive each other or not is the question.
Sonakshi is ready to forgive Dev!

Will Dev see this change in Sonakshi's eyes and take a step forward too!?
This relationship cannot be mended if only one of them moves, both of them have to keep taking steps to each other together.
What was most important in the last episode was how Sonakshi was so restless that she approached Asha to ask if she thought trust was the pillar of a relationship.
Sonakshi knew they love each other immensely, the only thing lacking is trust.
She asks herself in the end,
"Iska matlab mai aur Dev fir..."
She is ready to build upon the trust which came crumbling down 7 years back. She has new hopes of a fresh beginning with Dev.
Will Dev's actions encourage her or put her thoughts to her halt forever?
I think Dev already is living under a huge baggage of guilt of hurting her, as he has admitted several times even before Soha and Bijoy.
What all allegations he put on Sona were just the result of how miserable he becomes when he sees that Sonakshi is no more his. That he has lost all the rights over her. When he left the house. .the flashbacks he was having was how Sonakshi was comfortable with Jatin, how she was smiling with him
It hurts him to see it is not him but Jatin who gets the importance and love from her.
While, here Sonakshi was remembering all the moments when Dev said ILU to her, made her feel special (the saree date, neha's wedding, the confession) because she still thinks no one made her happier than he did.
And he was the only one who had the power to hurt her and he did.
I am very excited to see what emotions we would get to witness once Dev comes back. I have a belief we will get to see a much more soft-hearted, vulnerable but not weak Sona.
P.S My heart also silently wishes to see a Dev with trimmed hair once he comes back.đ
