everytime i watch an episode, i feel like i need to discount every episode before then to make sense of the story as a whole. the series has seized to be a continued narrative. let me give you all possible examples from this episode alone:
1) khatri, the at most local goon of some sadakchap delhi area, is above law but dev who the police were reluctant to arrest when sona filed a report against him post hotel scenario, is ofcourse well within the grasp of the indian judicial system. i will remember this the next time he claims to be THE DEV DIXIT.2) PK asking sona what to make for food cos radha is unavailable...so is elena dead or is she merely a furniture for golu and vicky to occasionally sit on? is she that incapable that she cannot even rat out the names of say 3 vegetarian dishes? itne saalon mein elena didnt ask the cooks to make food once? 😲3) A. sona was portrayed as a semi-rational humanbeing since the leap minus the bouts of bhaiya fever has full on lost it since coming to the dixit house...are we gonna get an explanation for the sudden change in behavior (AND NOT FRIGGIN LOVE AS A LAME-ASS EXCUSE) or should we just assume there is crack in the air of that house? B. why would you run after someone like that in a guarded house, especially if they are not stealing? surely you'd just ask the security whats going on...or maybe, you know, the person whose house it is. and why would you assume its some dushmani just cos he was standing there? he could also be ishwari's fanboy- are old ppl not allowed romantic feelings? most importantly was the guard only hired for that one day sona came with soha?4) sona calling dev out on dissatisfactory behaviour she herself has been relentlessly indulging in. that too dev interfered in saurabh's life, whom he shares a somewhat easy rapport with. sona toh seedha going for the jugular of overstepping boundaries. 😲5) asha, who had supported sona's decision to leave dev btw, went from claiming dev and sona should be responsible parents to wanting sona to never come back from IN into the house that she bought to restore their dignity which, a quick reminder, was stripped naked and smacked to the mud by this very dev...ok. 🤔 which parents of a daughter is entitled to some self-respect anyways?6) lol this house isnt my own nor someone elses 🤪...it is EXACTLY the latter and sona has forgotten theyre divorced or simply doesnt understand what that means. i cant stand people who just dont understand the boundaries of relationships- thats y i liked the bose's so much more and same reason why i cant stand the characters sans jatin right now. theyre all much more messed up than normal divorced couples because they dont understand the fine line of boundary. at this rate if some cliched bs trope ala dev impregnating sona in a drunken surge and then blames it all on jatin, happens then i will give taaliyan because sona deserves no better.7) sona says dev is unpredictable when literally shes been able to predict his childish behaviour EACH AND EVERY TIME. 🤪8) sona elena talking about dev instead of...you know catching up on each others life that they missed out on for 8 years...you know like semi-normal sisters.9) lol ELENA giving absolutely anyone advice on love 🤣10) sona suddenly being bothered by dev's groupies when she was completely composed with the hotel chick. 😕 ps: dev is atleast spreading the safe sex message. no other baccha showing up! chalo kuch toh faida hua.11) dev the sophisticated business man uses FDs of 2 crore to safeguard golu- his heir till suhana showed up- instead of a larger sum, more sophisticated financial instruments and a money/estate manager.12) vicky the proven chor in possession of signatory authority.13) dev ka ghar, dev ki ma, dev ka...khatri, dev ka gussa...then let dev handle it! is he a mythical creature near extinction that his interest must be guarded?...suddenly unpredictable^2 check!14) sonakshi suddenly acting like she wouldnt be calling jatin if it wasnt for khatri, when in actuality she talks to him daily without needing a 'reason' 😲15) sona suddenly thinking that dev has some sort of right to question her relationships. 🤣 🤪16) sonakshi looking at elena like she said something crazy when she talk about going away with golu! 🤡and it is with a heavy heart i must say that any ounce of respect i felt for sonakshi has started to nose dive into the depths of the pacific. i was interestingly watching the show with my MIL yesterday. and whenever sona's eternal love for dev, ish, gkb and red aka dev's family, my MIL or saasubai as i affectionately call her, made a disgusted face. so i asked her- saasubai whats up? she said- this girl is just pathetic. so i cpuntered- would you like me to stop caring about you if shiv and i divorce? she said- no but i would hope that i chose a girl whose self respect is more important to her than being a good daughter-in-law, and anyone who hurts your self-respect will be treated with indifference at best, not care at the cost of your dignity. i hope that you stop caring if i treat you as such. 😆 ya, the moment you realize that your saas is like one of your bffs. and lol to dev the stalker. its ok cos he lubhs her and didnt rape and kill her as a stalker. just takes situationally incriminating pics of her and her bff. its all kosher.i feel like the cvs mssg here is that- ofcourse you can have a great guy like jatin but who wants that? at the end of the day, girls should want 'complex' 'imperfect' real men like dev to make you a show piece in his house, keep your bed warm at night and a child always growing in you. duh. supporting you, caring about your dignity and giving you good advice- thats for sissy men like jotin. 😆

I totally agree specially with the part about men like Jatin. 😆 I am not sure if you know any bong guy or not, but let me tell you starting from my brothers to my hubby all of them fall under the category of sissy like Jatin minus the 'complex' 'manhandling' 'bullying' stalkish nature 🤣 I mean bong guys are actually famous for being too non-violent and bheegi billy types ask anyone and they always give some minimum respect to women 😆 I mean trust me, life is not at all fun with MCP crap jerk like Dev n hope we girls realize it sooner before it's too late😊
P.S. - I am commenting only on bong guys because I am a bong 😳 I'm sure the world is full of sissy men like Jatin whereas 'childlike' 'complex' men like Dev must be rare piece 🤣 But on a serious note, sadly it's women like Asha due to which girls continue to suffer at their in-laws which sometimes even lead to suicides. The more Bijoy's we have around us, the better it is for the society. I feel he is truly a believer of 'equality' and cannot tolerate Dev for all the right reasons 🤢 Asha-Sona, once the most beautiful bond of the show has now become the most 'bootiful' bond by giving competition on regressive talks 🥱 I dont know why Asha doesnt talk to Dev about adjusting, understanding blah blah 🥱
