Can anyone clear one doubt as i have not seen the segment video yet. But from one of the spoiler article ,i read that sona told Dev that he could never understand her love towards him. Even Sutas post says this.

Isnt this a bigger point to look at than the fights. I just want to say that this point is the main point of this segment. But no one is talking about it. Offcourse we have to wait till the episode to find out. But still a thought. I have not yet watched yhe video yet. So not in a position to comment. Hence asking u all

Partnership

They always lacked the concept called partnership ..not sure why...could be that they thought the other was not emotionally strong to confide...especially Sonakshi never thought Dev was emotionally strong and she never trusted him...

Dev never thought Sonakshi was strong to get things done , especially when it came to a big corporate world...she might be good with ppl but not with money and business..he never trusted her with these aspects...

Now coming to this segment ...he asks Sonakshi abt her care and affection for Soha...what she should have answered is that ...She went out because Soha's father was around to take care...is it that he is not able to take care of Soha during her absence ...She took care of Soha during his absence of 6 yrs with out complaining ...so now when he has to take care of Soha just for few hours ...is this how he reacts...??

This should have been her question to DEV!!

Individually they are good father and mother...but to be good parents ...they need to be good partners...there should be friendship and partnership in relationship...they should compliment each others...stand in for the other...which they have to learn...and this can happen only if they live away from the BOSE and DIXIT house...

Nuclear families staying away from their respective parents have better partnership among the couple inspite of the arguments because they have no one to rely on other than their partner...

Its going to be interesting to see how Ishwari is going to brain wash Dev...now with this attitude ...Dev is going to consider Sonakshi as a horrible mother because the mother he has seen is the one who is not confident of her childs ability to survive alone with out her...

But Sonakshi and Soha has a very different equation...Sonakshi is confident that Soha will be fine even if she is couple of mins late and she has taught her daughter to survive alone...as she doesn't want her daughter to go thru what she went thru...hence taught her early...

But Ishwari's similar experience made her loose confidence and the outcome is an insecure not so confident Dev when left alone ..

Anyways let us see how this Dixit house stay will do to them...will the storm again break them apart or bring them closer... 😉

Where was this Dev Babu these last 6 years when Soha must have been sick umpteen number of times? Waise tho lagta hai hamare Dev Babu ko aaj kal Kuch kaam kaaj nahi hai. Office nahi jaana hai kya? Bose house mein ek hafte ki chutti kaam kaaj se, aur ehan par bhi ghar ki chowkidari? XGKB aur Maataji gayab? Becoming like other crap serials where the male members do nothing but sit at home all the time and indulge in useless panchayat and yet the house is like a 7 star hotel, with all the amenities. From where do these comforts come , without the main male member looking after his business/ going to office? This is an unexplainable concept in the Indian television serials, and now the cvs, here too seem to have adopted this cliche.

Poor the hard working youth of India where even a day's leave from work place is so difficult to get. In the pre leap track it was heartening to see Dev regularly going to office like a true hard working youth of these times.

I only hope that the makers do not go in for too much melodrama and impossible ad illogical situations.

Yes that is rt ...
But that is how it is rt ...their fights always begin with topics related to Soha or any of the family members and then it ends up abt them...they need to sit and talk ...sort out their difference ...only then these arguments will stop.

Remember is Ishwari's son that is what he has seen...his mom even at this age..cove him with blanket and sit next to him for fever and brings the whole house down as if he is suffering from some major health issues...now as a new father he is not confident...and I think he feels Sonakshi has gone to meet Jatin ...that is also irritating him ...and is making him more insecure...the more she gets close to Jatin the more he is going to loose Soha...

So there are too many issues...Now Dev and Ishwari will make Soha believe that Sonakshi is a lousy mom and Vicky /GKB will try to make Soha believe that Dev is a lousy father...

Ppl welcome to Chulha house yani Dixit house...be prepared for the roller coaster !!

exactly! dude i even grew up with single parents. when i was sick staying with either of my parents, they would give me medicines and work out a schedule with their partners and a nanny to check up on me. thats it. you dont need to be molly coddled to get over illness and you certainly dont need to smother children with attention to be a good parent! surely dev of all people, whose mothers affection left no room for any proper relationship in his life, could understand that. it seems like he actively looks for loopholes to argue with sona, like a child pulling his crushes pigtails on the playground. (insert eyeroll) i wonder if asha would still 'have patience' if bijoy threw her phone away.

Well ..I guess his reason to shout at her is not because of her neglecting Soha...because he is getting insecure abt Sonakshi too...he wants her back in his life...remember the dialogue .."mein thoda selfish hun...I need you for myself ...you are mine " 😉
