Funny, how only I can't see the new dp.
I agree. Bhaiya kept his cool although he just couldn't help himself in the end. But mostly he took a break from nonsense rants.
Asha was in her high horse as usual. So here's a thing though.
In season one after Sona's Bidaai when Bijoy was sitting in Sona's room and missing her, Asha said that he was the best son, best husband and best father. Remember the day when Sona called later after the Tulsi puja fiasco?
So today when she wanted to whitewash Dev, how did Bijoy became a burden she had to tolerate?
So only two things can happen here.
CVs want to show Dev as the best. So they have to drag Bijoy down and make Asha a long-suffering wife so that Sona can look like a failure for leaving Dev instead of showing "tolerance".
Or Asha is manipulative enough to bring down Bijoy even in a hospital room so that she can convince Sona and Bijoy that she is a better wife to suffer Bijoy and Sona should do the same since Dev is obviously the God so that she can claim her daughter to be married instead of divorced.
Either way, it's a massive turn off for me.
On the other hand, Bijoy's character was excellent. My admiration just went up for him. He could have completely put Dev's claim out of his mind and/or blamed Asha for his condition. But not only he didn't blame his wife despite being locked in the room without food and water with the man he hates and thinks is a thief, but also listened to Dev's questions and asked Asha for clarification.
But with people like Dev and Asha, you need to ask specific examples. Like, okay so you are saying I am not a good husband. Tell me an incident when I failed you. Okay you think I was not a good wife. Tell me an incident when I didn't stand by you but you stood by me.
Otherwise they can make up any baseless stories to make random theories. Ask for incidents and they won't think of any since you have a bigger stack against them.
That's why Ishwari and Asha talk in parabolas. Because straight talk will bring out their hypocrisy.
