@Shaavi, Bijoy landed up in hospital. Trust me i remember only your post when i watched the precap. I really hope he doesn't ask for Jotin- Sona alliance as his wish. Or they will start the foundation of that emotional blackmailing from monday.

That was one amazing, roller-coaster episode, and I am glad we have the whole weekend to think about it. It was such a simple little arc, but carried so much significance. Right now, all I can think about is the precap and its ramifications. As Shaavi pointed out, it does have echoes of the sleeping pills drama, but it reminded me more of Sona's accident and slapgate wrapped into one. The echoes of Sona's accident are what give me hope. With Sona's accident, Dev was simlarly guilty for having let it happen, and got a thorough scolding from Asha. But over the course of Sona's treatment and recovery, the Boses fell in love with his devotion and sincerity. I hope something similar will happen here.

BUT I do agree that the time is ripe for Bijoy to push Sona-Jatin, and I think it will happen in an unexpected way. Dev will endear himself to the Boses, and even Bijoy will soften. Just when it appears that they will all be one big happy family again, Bijoy will drop this bomb. But I think he will appeal to Dev more than Sona: I will forgive you and acknowledge you as Soha's father if you promise not to interfere in my decisions for Sona. Dev, totally sympathetic to Bijoy the father by now, will comply and respect Bijoy's boundaries without question. Jatin is anyway ready and just waiting for Sona to say the word. This way, it will all come down to Sona. She will have to speak up for what she wants, and as Shaavi said, it might not be so easy with Bijoy ill.
