Here are some things that clicked in my mind after reading all your lovely views.

Sonakshi never screamed or yelled at Ishwari directly till date. She's always tried to be in her good books right from the beginning. But each time she failed miserably. The anger towards Ishwari has always been directed towards Dev by her. What she couldn't show there,she showed him. But even then she never told him what all she had to face at IN clearly. So to Dev, Sonakshi never had to face anything terrible because he has no idea about some of the very important happenings.

I think Sonakshi's behaviour towards Ishwari is because she wanted Ishwari to accept her as DIL. She always wanted Ishwari to be the Asha kind of MIL. She expected to be loved, valued and treated as on of their own.but at every step she was proved wrong. So instead of focusing on her husband she tried to focus on achieving the MIL-DIL goal assuming that her relationship with her husband did not need that much work.

Dev has exactly this complaint. She didn't give their relationship the importance it needed. From the point he views it, Sonakshi left without trying. He only has half the picture. And obviously his love for Ishwari also kind of put a pardah on half the happenings. So what I think is that Sonakshi and Dev always had a communication gap. It is this communication gap that primarily led to their separation.

It is this gap that made it easier for all the external forces to play their part in making the separation happen. So even now, this communication gap persists. I think it is through the Devakshi Soha relationship that they will slowly eliminate this gap and make them a team who can trust each other without any problems. Hence the fight yesterday was basically the first step towards removing that gap

DQ I understand your point. When I say ninety nine percent I am not considering this thread. I am talking about people and their problem with Iswari . They are from everywhere forum,Twitter Facebook ,magazines ... I hardly found any write up that stands in support of Iswari in general. I am not targeting your thread writers which include me also. I talked about the common perception of that role by viewers. If you consider it as talking behind the back I am sorry for that. Since you are the mod you have every right to warn me but I can not provide links due to the large number of posts or views that make the task difficult for me. I am sorry again if I crossed the border line set by you. But I repeat it is not about your thread members or any one in perticular from outside this thread.

She loves the ishu who is the dadi of soha but when required she hates or shows the, anger to the, ishu who is dev's mother and her ex mother in law. Thanks a lot for helping me understand this constant oscillation of characters. I am seriously confused with the way these two are acting. Dev seems to be toying between being close to Ishwari again and then raising his voice as needed (eg. when he made it clear that he was going to shift to Bose house no matter what his mother thought). Sona again transforms between being arrogant and rude to Dev while being civil with Ishwari. Both of their root cause is Ishwari and it seems like she is getting the better end of the bargain here. I completely agree with what you said about when they transform from 1.0 to 2.0 and vice versa. Now they are clear that no one will come in the way of Soha's happiness.

However, I think Ishwari is going to surely pull a few tricks that will backfire. Where Sonakshi was concerned, Dev easily sees her as also the reason for them splitting 7 years back. However, where Soha is concerned, if Ishwari, GKB or Vicky pull any tricks, then they will not have anyone to blame. In that case, Dev 2.0 is not going to wait to come out and pay them back. Ishwari may lose her son once again and hopefully GKB and gang will lose all that they have been enjoying the last 7 years!

In between all of this, I don't see the blame game between Dev and Sona stopping anytime soon. 7 years of harbouring hate towards someone is not going to go away in a few weeks. I think they will go through the usual route.. anger, accusation, acceptance, belief and maybe love if things go well. And at each step, they may be pulled back by their respective families. Its like a snakes and ladder game.. each ladder they climb when they are alone with each other, a snake in the form of their families is waiting to pull them back down again..Nevertheless, all of this is super fun to watch 😆

What an episode... does anyone recall my theory of Dev and sona having 3 different people within themselves. Ishwari's son(IS), dev the lover (LD), soha's dad (SD), Bijoy's daughter (BD), sona the lover (LS) and soha's mother (SM)

If you watch the episode with these roles at the back of your mind, it all makes sense.

In continuation with yesterday's episode, IS reared its head. He put SD and LD down and went to confront BD. Dev spoke some hard facts to Sona. However, he missed the point that Sonakshi is the way she is because of her circumstances. Just like Dev 1.0 was the way he was because of his circumstances. She was thrown on the streets. She had to fend for her family and bring up a child. Why this happened is for another day. The point is, we are a product of our circumstances and I absolutely loved how jatin continues to play the role of a great friend-facilitator by asking leading questions. He sent sona back in a moment where she herself acknowledged that she might have become Dev 1.0 and worked on negating any such facts.

Asha's point about mirrors and reflections was amazing and it has a very deep rooted meaning in times to come. Not only does everyone need to reflect but they also need to see how the other person may be feeling. And that was Asha's point which I don't think Dev grasped at all. IS was in no mood to talk about LS. He just saw BD badmouth his mother.

To make matters worse Dev and Sona walked into 2 separate conversations in the middle. Dev was already raw from the night before and hearing Soha recall what Sona told Asha, woke the IS in him again.

Similarly, sona was raw from the night before and hearing Dev yell at Bijoy woke BD in her again.

The parents and lovers in Devakshi were strapped firmly in the backseat. These two are hurt, angry and sad. Only time will tell if and when the healing happens, what will be the outcome. Right now, they both don't think that it's worth paying the price of their love. "Paise wale gareeb"

Lots of parallels and symbolisms I felt.

When sona was officially devs wife...she was involved in neha matter where many thought it was wrong...then what dev is doing is it correct...

Sona involving herself with Neha for the first time was not wrong.But after that the repeated interference was the problem.

Dev has involved himself in Saurabh's issue but he has left it to Asha to deal with it.Whatever happens now will be Asha's doing.

Jo, what Sona did when trying to avoid Neha's divorce has nothing to do with her marital status. Sona even intervened in case of nikki's night out and Elena's affair. Her intention was not wrong. She just wasn't following the protocol. Neha told her to stay out of this. She went behind everyone's back to try the patch up. She was trying to make up for Dev's haste and anger

What Dev did is he just helped keep things smooth between Boses and mandals. You can already see its effects. Saurabh, bijoy, dida and sona all like the mandals so far. Sona has even forgotten that Dev didn't steal the jewellery. She is upset that Dev spoke rudely to her father (she walked in the middle of a conversation)

It's been done in a way that Dev should at some point realise what Sona must have felt in his house. So far he hasn't. Similarly, sona should realise what it feels to have to balance so many old and one new relationship. She hasn't realised it either

I agree that love gives right but that doesn't mean that we start taking our loved ones for granted and start using them as our punching bag. Each right comes with a responsibility as well which we need to respect. After the marriage, both the woman were wearing goody mask before that guy and he hardly have any idea about their clashes or differences or kitchen politics. There was a time where he used to listen to her as well as respected her opinion as much as possible. Today that guy is not even ready to listen to her side of story because he can clearly see through her fake perfection mask now. I don't know what Sona achieved in her thirst for ishwari's acceptance but she clearly lost the diamond in her hand which was the unconditional love and respect from this guy.

@ltelidevara - I do agree that in present avatar Ishwari is behaving very normal and is in fact quite indifferently polite to Sonakshi(which is good) In my view she was fine in yesterday's episode.

She got the message that she was unwelcome at Bose house and decided to meet her son and poti outside the house. Even outside, I saw her interactions with Sona were like acquaintances, nothing OTT.
