I have no issues showing boy/girl bullying or teasing for entertainment purpose. But they should show at the same time they should be guilty for his action and other person is hurt by this. Through this they can show it is not great thing to do such an act. I think these things used to happen during my time of collage. Now it has become old fashion. Bcoz, I have teanage son..I keep eye on him for his actions. He himself says who is doing to all these. They don't want to fall in girls eyes.. They want want to put up gentleman image. Also he says girls won't tolerate all these nonsense and they would give them back. I have observed he is extra helpful for his girl classmates.😆
Even I had bad experience during my school and collage time. It was not from my school/collage mates. It was from unknown person. Mostly in the the public transport it happens. When bus is fully packed..men takes all advantage of touching/pinching etc. So after having this experience. .We girls always ready with safety pins in our hand to sting attack(my mother advice). After somtime, in our bus that thing stopped after experiencing 3-4 attacks from girls. All we need is not to tolerate any kind of humiliation. You know we are scared what if he take revenge against us. Most of the time we keep quiet. But believe me, other party also will be equally scared if you take stand for yourself. We need to teach our children more open to us and not to keep such humiliating themselves.

Thanks Pramila for watching and sharing your views. This is what exactly Kangana had said in the video that there is no harm in showing these as entertainment purpose, but also do show the consequences and not things to justify those.

I was glad to find this video which exactly shows the concerns that how Bollywood movies, televisions etc make a direct impact on the society. I liked how Parineeti said these guys end up in 'Jail' however Amir Khan corrected him that these guys end up harming girls in a more fierce way in reality. 😔

PK, thank you or posting such an apt video at such a right time!

Kangana ranaut was so right in saying that it's not wrong to make dark films, create flawed characters or show the reality of the society on the screen. BUT, to be not showing the consequences the way they turn out to be and applying a twisted logic to just give a sweet ending is sheer insensitivity on the part of film and television industry towards society as a whole. This show took up the issue of infertility. It was great on the part of makers to take up a very sensitive topic that's an everyday reality for many women out there. And they showed the dark reality of how it lead to a couple getting separated by the interference of the family over something that's the most personal decision of a couple - to have a child or not. Fair enough! But what after that? The makers used their extraordinary brains and introduced a miraculously born child to unite the parents! So the message is that a couple can't and doesn't deserve to be together unless the wife gives a waaris to the family! Over this, we would have the sweet ending of the couple coming together once again in spite of all the ill that was meted out to the woman. There s a HUGE difference in showing reality and further reinforcing the existing regressive attitudes in the society, and in showing the reality and taking a progressive stand!

What Parineeti said is extreme. Some teasing or passing complements are ok as long as other party is not hurt. In this video they concentrated on girls are humiliated. Believe me boys also gets humilated/ragged from girls. So I would like to keep my comment for as whole humiliation/ragging. No person is entitled to humiliate or hurt other.

My parents were very supportive and taught me I must not hurt others and same time I must not take any humiliation or insults. So in my eyes these bullying no where near to heroism.

Watched the video again today after a gap of almost 2 years since last watch. I had almost forgotten the importance of it up until yesterday's episode and the overall discussion on the forum.
Thanks for sharing PK.
And I totally agree to what the three ladies said. No girl in personal life would want to face eve teasing or bullying or forceful romance. Some of us may like it in movies just cuz we have our favourite actor starring in it. I think, yesterday, the same thing got repeated. People are not seeing Dev as Dev but as Shaheer. I can't blame the audience too. The creatives should rethink and seriously consider the impact their creativity is doing on the curious minds. Should at least justify the act and not walk away with it. 'With great power comes great responsibility'

Nice analysis ya
No one has rights to bully each other men or women .
Eve teasing or bullying are worst behavior that's going on for ages its mothers responsibility to teach a kid to respect the gender first instead of pampering.
Women are always victims of such things .
Satyamev jayate was awesome show hope it returns back .
One episode made me and hubby cry like babies ya were they showed a women was drugged to get aborted knowing the unborn baby to be girl many times and was shown it was sperm that decides the gender that episode was heart touching god still shook me
