Dev true to his character and is doing what a psychopath does. A spineless frustrated gunda can't do decent things.
But what this sanskari lady do - came and looked at him - she should have slapped him - told the entire episode to everyone and especially to Suhana in clear terms and called the police and put charges of molestation.

P.S. One eye lock and a comment - "I still love someone whom I met after 7 yrs" - Sona is ready to fall at feet even if the comment is indirect and CV will make her do that

I dont think she needed those words from him for her mask to slip...she is totally in love with this guy. If Ishwai is god for Dev then for Sonakshi her love for Dev is god...

Think about it ...she comes to know of pregnancy post her separation , it was in the early stages why would she have to give birth to his child ?? Purely because she wants to have HIS child...its like a part of him is growing in her ...

Next her friends Jatin ...7 yrs he is been there for her , ...how comes she didnt fall for him ?? Its because she cannot replace the position of Dev in her life with someone else...in future even she did marry him...her love for Jatin will have limitation unlike her love for Dev..

Regarding molestation charge...why ?? When she thoroughly enjoyed his presence , in fact she is yearning for it...her fear of loosing him again...is the reason for not getting close to him...and Dev Version 2 is making her scared..

As an outsider is very easy to judge ...but when you love someone then its difficult to forget ..and its not that she has never had good moments with him when they were together...they did...so it all comes up ...
I am not justifying Dev and his action...he is ruthless when it comes to troubling her ...but he doesnt allow anyone /anything to trouble her...and every time he is thinking of confining her with in his control...both the times the office scene and balcony ...what he did was to capture her ...he doesnt want her to run away from him again...and both the times she has managed to escape...

What Dev doesnt understand is the more control he has on her ...she will try to distance him...

Rape and molestation charges apply when the lady doesnt enjoy but in yesterdays scene Sona did enjoy his presence close her ...so would any of these charges apply?? and how can you blame Dev for it ??( The way she called his name ...it was so obvious how much she needed him)
A man who comes home drunk and then sexually abuses the wife...wife doesnt enjoy his physical proximity...then its rape...
But in yesterdays scene , Sonakshi did enjoy every moment of that physical proximity and I felt even Dev for a fraction of a second his mask slipped too...

Tying her to the door was wrong ...it could be a case of wrongful confinement but never on sexual abuse.

At school age, i.e., between 4 and 18, locking up or tying hands of another child (forget abandoning) would be a punishable offence. At adulthood, how did this become love?

@Bold, Sounds like 50 shades sort of love but that happens in absolute privacy with mutual consent and the show is rated such. Is this a family show or 18+? I'd rather be well informed before I make judgements :-)

I did not justify him tying her hand to the door..and never said that was love...check the above statement highlighted .

In that scene when he got close to her , yes he had all intentions of tying her to the door so he gets to spend time with their daughter all alone...his need to do this , is again to teach her how it was for him to stay away from their daughter ...yes agreed..its a pay back and cruel...

There are two emotions that is running thru both of them, their blind love for each other and absolute anger...two extremes...When he got close to her for a moment , her so called anger slipped and was replaced with love ...and hence the name DEV instead of Mr, DIXIT and the tone in which she called.

And then the eye lock...which clearly showed for a moment both where lost in each other...and this was not the first time where they showed such a scene...

I cant understand why you related this to 50 shades of Grey , thought that one came under the genre of erotic romance ...and this serial is nowhere close to even romance drama ...its more of a realistic drama...anyways censor board knows the best ...I trust them ;))

I know a lot of you are angry at the way she was man handled at the balcony...and I am not justifying the act of tying her . But if you ask me if Dev would sexually abuse Sonakshi ?? I would say NO !! and if CVs show that , then trust me the whole logic of him loving her deeply is lost and then there is no getting back.

I still believe they love each other deeply ..check the post written by @maharathikarna ( Subject line - Dev and Sonakshi still love each other very much) , has very well worded the emotions going thru both of them.

@Werocktheworld :
LOVE (man & woman) - The most researched, debated and (mis)used term in the whole world but understood by very few. I'm not discussing other relational love.

There are 3 drivers of love - sex drive, partner preference and attachment. Genetically its the continuation of life which starts with partner preference for choosing the best genes and attachment is the long term and lasting. The neuro-chemicals that govern these drives are testosterone, estrogen, dopamine, oxytocin, and vasopressin.

Among these dopamine and oxytocin play the most important part (the spart and butterflies. lovey dovy feelings) but these secretions wear off slowly for the same person over a period of time

Seven years separation is a long period. If Dev loved Sona - after some initial angry days he couldn't have controlled himself because he was in the driving seat and asked her to leave.

If DEv had loved sona as he claims, or as many member here feel about Dev's love. In such situation Dev would've gone mad more than he got mad when he brokeup - bcoz this time he had enjoyed her physical closeness means all the main chemicals esp the vasopress (sexual motivation hormone).

A normal person with Dev resource can't sit and relax if he loves as claimed bt Dev. (Pyar main agar 2 din naa miley toh aadmi pagal ho jata hai - at that time ego zid, man baap ka pyar - duniyadaari sab tel lene chali jaati hai - aise main agar GF aur wife ke per bhee pakdne pade to koi baat nahin hoti).

Jab pyar ki woh intensity nahin hai to - ZID, ego, maan ki bhakti, hatred, grudges dominate kar deti hain. This intensity diminishes with time and in the current situation its not Dev's love but a desire to have sadistic revenge and enjoy the pain and hurt of Sona.

His love for Soha is genuine bcoz its not a sexual love but its his selfish love - he wants Soha bcoz he wants her and this love is not for her future or her security.

As far as sona is concerned - she loved Dev and was thrown out by him. Her intensity of love is also gone but the psychology to carry on the life in the form of her daughter is very dominant. She's gone thru the hormone changes during her pregnancy and childbirth and these hormone changes are not temporary but permanant esp estrogen changes. These hormones are playing a part and sona is still feeling love for her partner.

Bcoz of this love after having Soha she couldn't control herself (Papa se milana is a way of telling - its the hormones which compelled her to return after so much of humiliation) but was turned back. IMO she always wanted and tried to meet Dev bcoz the survival psychology compels her to join her partner for rearing the child - sex hormone is just secondary.

Man do not undergo changes during wife's pregnancy -( just kidding) - so male do not have excessive estrogen - so love goes for a toss and no connection with children.

I'll again say Dev is just having a desire to have sadistic revenge and enjoy the pain and hurt of Sona.
