Sonakshi trust Dev completely but she can't effort to trust Ishwari.I think that's why she took this step.
Even In this contract she held him responsible for everything so that Ishwari chah ke bhi Soha ki custody ke bare mein Na soch Paye.
Sry I have no idea abt legal matters in such cases ,so jus speaking my mind.
