Recently shows like Devanshi, Thapki Pyar Ki and Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil took a leap and few other shows like Naamkarann and Jaana Na Dil Se Door are all geared up to do the same. But the makers of these shows need to understand that sometimes you don't need to take that leap of faith.
Here are few shows that have taken a leap and have suffered in TRP because of it.

Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi
Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes's crackling chemistry made Sony TV's Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi a hit among its fans. Viewers were drawn to Dev and Sonakashi's love story and loved to hate his mother Ishwari for her interfering nature. But after getting the couple married, the makers couldn't think of anything new than to separate them at a point when Sonakshi was pregnant. The couple parted ways and the show took a leap of seven years. The once a love-dovey couple are now always at loggerheads in the show. Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi was a show that was loved for its fresh treatment, but unfortunately it took the clichd way and thus lost its soul.
They r saying about show which didn't gather trp after leap which is fact as krpkab never from starting got good trp but I don't think viewers have lost interest in show or krpkab lost it's soul after leap... As for me, it's became more exciting.
