Tempted to make a post today after watching this week's episodes till date.
I have an unsettling feeling since last two days - Dev deserved to meet Suhana, he did meet, got very emotional, in fact was ecstatic.
Today he had a heart-to-heart with Suhana, bared his heart and wanted to know her from 0-6 years.
In last 2 days, he shared all these emotions with his mother and Dixit family.

But...

He hardly felt any emotion of love for Sonakshi! He could forgive his mother and everyone else in Dixit household but didn't express much emotion towards the woman who brought this new lease of life to this world.

Why did Sonakshi not deserve any respect or devotion from this man as a wife, as an ex-wife or even as a woman that his cunning mother deserved even after committing such horrendous acts all this while.

Why is blood thicker than water? Why do such men exist who can only respect every woman in the world, but their wives, who probably would give away their lives for their husbands?

I am appalled with Dev's arrogance in the precap - what brand of Dickshit is this who didn't feel even a iota of gratitude or affection for the woman, to whom he promised the whole universe and she has yet again managed to bring him back to life (thanks to her creation, Soha)? Sorry to say, but what right does a man have over a new-born when all they have to do is to donate seminal fluid. The least a new father can do is to be thankful to the mother, to make him a father. Trust we cannot even expect that from Dev. Shame!

For such men, mothers' sacrifices mean everything but a wife or shall I say, ex-wife is just flesh whose sacrifices are selfish acts.

Kuch rang pyar ke aise bhi - where the truly defining moments of the show leave such bad after taste 👎🏼

EDITED AFTER DEV SONA CONFRONTATION :
I don't see any point of creating another post.. My thoughts yesterday have been taken a notch above - Dev has done a PhD in crass behaviour and harassment and is a top grade uncouth bully. I could really strangle him with bare hands. I wish Sonakshi would have slapped him. He totally deserved it.

Even after remembering what his newly found daughter told him that when my dad couldn't keep my mother happy then how would he keep me happy.. Yet this kind of behavior.. Incredible.

Sonakshi should give him her piece of mind and if this Dickshit is so gutsy, then should your machismo tomorrow and shake, manhandle your mother the way you did it to Sonakshi today.

If anyone thinks his behaviour was justified, please get your brains tested! I am in no mood to suffer fools gladly today *angry as a bull*

Thats the root cause of all problems in this serial ..mother is kept on pedestal and is under the assumption that she can never be wrong and has to be worshipped all her life .This is what led Ishwari to believe no one had any rights on Dev expect her .The same applies to Sonakshi as well ..a father could have done more than donating sperm if he had the chance to be part of his daughter's life .Keeping in dark and later blaming his for not doing anything Ian beyond my understanding.

High time we stop twisting everything to suite our needs ..a child belongs to both mother and father .No one is superior here .If a father is expected to thank wife for making him a father then a mother should appreciate the man's role too .

Any man would be furious to know he was not informed about his child and thanking her would be the last thing on his mind .No one thanks for losing those 6yrs of his daughter's life and for not acknowledging him as the father .

I am hugely hugely disapppointed in Dev's reactions as a whole. He spared absolutely no thought on Sona's struggle, in fact her success makes him jealous. I find absolutely NO love from his side, if this is love then I must say most of us in real life didn't have anyone who loved us.

Pathetic insensitive character. Ishwari being regressive is acceptable since she is illiterate, although basic humanity and goodness dont need education... but Dev ?

I hope the show ends in Dev and Sona separated with Soha respectfully living with the Boses in a healthy way. No more additional registration required at paagalkhana called Dixits !!

High time you should stay out of my posts if they don't please you or your point of view. Your response is unnecessarily revolting because my post only talks of a mother and wife and the imbalance. There are ample threads in this forum that will appreciate the lost fatherhood that Dev represents. So please don't ruin my post. Thank you very much.

Insensitive and disregard.. this is one show which is rather making a mockery of motherhood in the form of a mothers like ishwari and at the same time, downgrading another mother's efforts and hardships by the very husband. I agree with you, reconciliation as parents is important for Soha, but only in Bose house. And as a couple, it will be unbelievable if that happens!

I am not a mother yet, but I could feel the stress that Sona expressed when she saw her baby girl sleeping and told her that sun and sunflower will stay together. My heart was consoling her. And Dev.. tsk tsk

High time you learn to respect other views and learn to handle different opinions instead of asking others to stay away .As far as I know you don't own IF and definitely don't have rights to ask me to stay away ..so next time come up with different excuse gal ..if u don't like any opinion different than yours then follow your preaching ..ignore ...and move on ...practice before you preach suits this discussion

I always stayed away from your post but now that you have threatened me I Feel like replying to all your post .. 😉..I wonder did I talk about aliens lol ... these days I don't take anything to heart when people get personal because that's what they are capable of ..good for me I know

Sia - I thought Dev would spare a minute to think about Sona's struggle during her pregnancy days when he was spending times and nights in Hotel Rooms with Shrutis of his life and would feel ashamed about it.. his behaviour itself has not been worthy of a father, philandering with torn jeans and seducing women..

Ever going to look into your own collar Mr.Dev Dixit ?

Your post is making me feel worse about this Dev Dixit - Sona is pure gold, he will cry forevermore if and when reality will hit him. Classless act in the precap. I never hated him so much ch like I hate him today. His daughters evoked selfish emotions but the guy has zero sensitivity towards his ex wife and daughter 's delicate mind and heart.
