Today's episode belongs to Soha. She is a gem that Sonakshi has shined and polished into a priceless diamond. Why? Well, you will find out soon.

So episode starts with Bijoy revealing what he saw on Elena's phone. Asha argues that how did he know that it was about Soha. It could be something else too.

Bijoy argues back that Sonakshi and Dev stayed in the same hotel in side by side rooms, he must have seen Soha somewhere. He feels that Dev knows about Soha. Sonakshi is wondering if that's true. Dev can do anything. May be he is keeping an eye on them.

Sonakshi connects BigCha and Golu and Soha's comments and suspects her dad is right.

Me: Bijoy, I said it before, I am saying it again. I don't care what anyone else says. But you are the smartest person in Bose household. I wish I had a father like you. We need fathers like you in every patriarchal society where a girl is less valued than a boy in every step of life. A father who is willing to love and accept any man who loves and respects their girl and treats her with honour and dignity but is the worst nightmare of any man or his family who treats his girl wrong.

Imagine if every father so fiercely protected their daughter, would any man dare to hurt their child or treat them like dirt?

At Dixit house, Ishwari is on coccaine mixed with heroine high and hyperventilating to meet her granddaughter. Dev told her that he doesn't know what she knows about him or if she knows anything at all. He will find out in school the next day and then take his mother to meet her. He will tell Soha that he is her dad and start to live a new life.

Me: Okay, Bhaaiya. I am glad you are happy. But could you stop living your life depending on someone else? It's not Soha's responsibility to keep you in line. It's your responsibility to sort out your life and then offer a better life to her.

At school, teacher announces poetry competition. Dev sees Soha from outside and takes her picture. Soha sees Dev and smiles.

Me: What kind of public garden is this school? Anyone can come and take picture of little kids and no one gives a damn?

At lunch time Dev comes to meet Soha. She asks why did he appear and disappear suddenly? Dev says that he didn't know whether he was dreaming or was she real. So he came to confirm.

Soha asks: Then why did you enter without permission and left without asking?

Dev says he wanted to see her and meet her. But he says sorry (Miracle no. 1).

Me (Standing ovation): That's my girl. Sorry, that's Sonakshi Bose's girl. He never gave the respect your mother deserved. At least he is bothering to listen to you.

Soha offers to share her lunch but notices Dev didn't wash his hands. So she decided to feed him. Dev gets emotional.

Me: CVs may not have meant it. But I found it incredible. You see, Dev came to Soha without cleaning his hands as in acknowledging his mistakes and cleansing his misdeeds. Soha didn't let him touch her lunch with those dirty hands. She decided to feed him as in feed him cold hard facts that he refuses to acknowledge. It makes me think that Soha will make Dev realise his mistakes. Way to go, Soha.

Dev asks about her family. Soha talks about her family - the Bose, the best family in the world. He asks about her dad. She tells Dev that his mother said that he was a good son, good father, a good man but not good for her mother. Dev asks if she'd like to meet her father. Soha says that her mother asked her. But she thought that he wasn't good for her mother, how will he be good for her?

Me: Slamdunk... OMG, you adorable girl. This is a lesson I hope every man learns that if you are not good to your wife, don't think you are being good to your children. No decent person can love a person who mistreats his mother. The only way you can show love for your children is by loving your wife and showing her respect. I am totally tearing up now. Sonakshi, take a bow my dear.

Dev asks if she knows who her father is. Soha says, Dev Dixit. Dev says that he is her father. He is Dev Dixit. Soha is shocked. She stares at him.

Dev asks if she is not happy to meet her father? Soha doesn't say anything.

Me: Okay, let me see here. You are a strange man whom she met less than a week ago. Today you dropped this bomb on her without preparing her for it. You think she will jump into your lap? Seriously? Have you thought that Soha knew who you are, yet didn't want to meet you. So may be she is not sure of you.

Have you thought that you should have contacted Sonakshi and POLITELY requested to meet her. So that the familiar person she trusts could ease her into meeting you? You and your mother really think that you only have to crook your finger and everyone will be ecstatic to bask in your glow, don't you?

First rule of parenting is, Dev, is to think of your children before your own needs. Always. No matter how difficult it is. But you again put what you want before what Soha wants. That's the difference between Sonakshi and you.

Dev reminds her that she shared her candy with him. He apologises for blabbering so much (really?) but did Soha like her dad? Soha is still silent. She thinks about her decision which she had taken when Sona asked if she was sure that she doesn't want to meet her father. Soha gets upset and runs away.

Me: Dev, I felt how desperate you were getting. But just like your mother, when you get desperate you don't think of the consequences.

Let me clarify this for you. Soha is a little girl who adores her mother. Now you drop this bomb on her. Couldn't once you put your flexing your rights in the back burner and think from someone else's perspective? She is a little girl for heaven's sake. You are a stranger no matter how friendly she is appearing to be. Now you are claiming to be her father who she knows was not good for her mother. You should have stopped right there and let Sonakshi ease her into meeting you. But no. You had to claim your fatherly rights before earning it, just like you wanted your husband's claim without ever earning it.

Soha runs away from there. She was about to collide with a coming car. But Dev saves her.

Me: Now of course the uproar would be how dare Soha isn't bending over backwards to go to her father? It seems Suhana REALLY meant it when she said that she doesn't want to meet her father. And now we know why. She doesn't want her father without her mother. So Dev, if you have two brain cells still speaking in the same language, you will understand that pissing off Sonakshi won't get you Soha. She is fiercely loyal to her mother. The only person who can get you Soha, is her mother.

What an irony isn't it Dev? That the only person who could get Sonakshi you, was your mother. This is called Karma's slap.

At Dixit house, Ishwari is excited for Dev to bring Soha. She tells Mamaji that her "waris" is here. She got new meaning of life. Dev comes there alone. Ishwari is disappointed. She asks where is Suhana. If she has his eyes, his feature etc. If she looks like her since Dev got her features. Dev tells her that she is the prettiest girl in the world. She is like Mini Sonakshi. Mamaji is happy but Ishwari is disappointed. Dev notices Ishwari's expression. Mamaji tries to minimize the damage and says that girls are Laxmi of home (*SNORT* More like Laxmi bai, jhadu katka maar). Dev says he could not bring her today. Ishwari asks why. Dev says that he will have to talk to Sonakshi first.

Me: Bhaiya, main jitna aapke family ko dekhti hoon naa, mujhe utna hi shock lagta hain. Aap sabko apna haq jamana hain, lekin kabhi koi responsibility nehin nibhana hain. What a narcissistic lot you are.

1. Aapki Maata: Usko "Waris" chahiye aur woh bhi apne jaisi, poti nehin. Ab heir aa gaya hain, thode din mein "spare" ki demand bhi daal degi. Ab Soha is mini Sonakshi. Kitna pyaar ab ubharta hain poti ke liye dekh lenge. She will hardly want any reminder of the woman who actually is the mother of her granddaughter. If she could, she would make her own daughter carry her son's baby so that she can ensure an identical Ishwari.

2. Aapke Mamaji: Betiyan ghar ki laxmi hoti hain. Lekin jab unki behen unke bahu ko apne bete ki spy karne ke liye recruit kar rahee thi, tab unko yeh baat yaad nehin tha. Lekin fear not. Yeh ussi taraf honge jis taraf jyada power hain.

3. Aap khud: Ab aapko yaad aaya Sonakshi kaun hain? Soha agar aapko dekh ke khush ho jaati, to aap bina kisise pooche usko uthake le aate? Itna sense nehin hain aapko? Bahut jaldi thi apna rights jamane ka?

At home Soha is sitting quietly. Asha asked what happened. She says that she met her father today. Golu's BigCha is Dev Dixit. Asha is stunned. She calls Sonakshi.

Sonakshi comes home and Asha tells her everything. Sonakshi remembers everything Soha was saying and pieces the puzzle together. They decide to talk to Soha together. Soha is still in distress.

Me: Same old process once again. Dev is still creating problems with his senseless actions and Sonakshi is sorting it. KRPKAB on repeat.

Precap: Dev and Sonakshi talk on the phone. They want to meet each other. Dev says that he will tell her when and where and slams the phone.

Me: Dev, when Soha slams you for being an ass to her mother, I will enjoy it immensely.

Well tbh the kid does not hav any of devs FEATURES nor sona's. But ish tried to make it all abt herself. She wanted Dev to see his mother in soha. But dev tried and could only find sona in her That's coz f his love. But I Don want ish near the child she has already made it all abt herself

In precap dev is talking like a typical villain whose wish didn't got successful aaccording to his will.so he is going to trash the thing for whom his plan got flopped .Anyways You know what my father is exactly like bijoy whenever someone say something or do something wrong with my Mom or me he got hyper ndd stands beside us like a protective shell.My grandma is also a single Mom nd sometimes she behaves like ishu.My uncle/Dad everybodyrespect her a lot but whenever she did wrong or say shits about my Mom or Aunt.They never support her instead of they always made her understand wht she is doing isn't write at all.Really I am very much proud of having a father like my Dad.

Time to rant and vent.

Even though I shouldn't be surprised by the level of insensitivity in Dev,he still has it in him to surprise me further. Even today,all he was thinking about was himself. Did he think a 6 year old would jump in his arms and welcome him just because he announced that he is her father? Did he not think it necessary to consider Soha's feelings and age? He literally sprung it on her like it's a surprise birthday gift he is giving which she should be uber happy about.The little girl was shocked to the core and scared which is how any kid would react in such a situation. How difficult is it to understand that? Not much. But for that Dev has to come out of his I,me, myself bubble. Now I hope Soha bursts that bubble. He wants all the rights but does nothing to deserve it.

Now I have a gift for him too and he better happily accept it-

And we were thinking he'll not instigate her against Sonakshi? He may not do so directly but his words will certainly paint a picture which will put Sonakshi in bad light. Sona cannot and never will tell Soha about all that she went through while she was married when Soha is so young and Dev would project himself as the loving father who is as innocent as a lamb. One who just wanted to love Soha but precious time was taken away by Sona. Soha will find comfort in her mom, she'll trust Sona more but she is a child, she is bound to be affected by his words to some degree if Dev continues to say such things. That is my biggest fear.

Ishwari is the same old witch. She can see that her raja beta is on his way back to her lap and she is super excited about it. But oopsy daisy, the heir of Dixits is a mini Sona. And hence commences the myriad expressions of disgust and dislike on her face. Ugh irritating woman!

All said and done, Dev is still a lucky bitch! A wide like Sonakshi and a daughter like Soha. Does he even deserve such people in his life? He never has and never will but damn his luck!

He is The Great Dev Dixit,the King of Delhi.If he can walk into a school as if it's his private property then he can surely think that he can take Soha to his house.
