From what I have heard about his books and from what I have read,the problem lies with the male lead only.I have read only one book of his and apart from the male lead everyone else was fine.😕

Sona is angry as Dev says she is cruel to have kept the baby away from her father...she pulls his collar and explains how she landed up at his house forgetting all hatred, ego etc..just so that Soha gets father's and mother's love equally ..

Though I still stand by that Sona was not obliged to share anything with Dev, I understand her as a mother. She stands so proud today. Repeating for the nth time, I feel very proud of her.

Gauri,do you think that Dev will be satisfied with visitation rights??😆

He can write good characters but I feel he deliberately chooses to write his male leads in this manner.Does he have some grudge against them??😕😆

I think otherwise. He pens down his ML where they get to showcase a variety of emotions.
Shaheer is a good actor. Had he not been given those scenes where he is drunk and yday scenes, you would not know how good he is at emoting. I feel durjoy dutta favours his MLs by giving them opportunities to enact and showcase their range of emotions. You hate Dev, bash him but still you can not ignore him. Somehow everything revolves around him and his emotions. Only a flawed ML can have these cons. Dutta actually favours his ML in a way.

The most obvious culprits are Vicky and GKB.However I really want it to be Ishwari if that is going to make Dev bury his devotion for her.

Hmmm that's an interesting manner of looking at the case.Durjoy Dutta actually gives many shades to his MLs and it's due to those scenes that the actors get to showcase their talent.It is his manner of favouring his MLs.

As for the misunderstanding/miscommunication, let's see how he reacts and deals with those who created it. I think Ishwari might have been behind it. I can totally imagine her saying: "Us ladki ne mere Dev ko bohot dukh de diye, ab main firse use apni bete ki khushian nahi cheene dungi" But I also think if she did it,she was unaware about Soha's existence. Otherwise she should have started with her adhikaar and hak drama.

But at a point he should realise where his MLs tend to go overboard.There is no problem is creating a multifaceted character.Infact all of us love characters who have many shades.

However he should realise where he has to draw a line because after a certain point his MLs do start behaving like jerks be it in his books or TV shows.

That is his point. Redemption of the jerks. Can you imagine what an opportunity will it be for an actor to showcase a jerk and then do every sacrifice to redeem yourself. The whole female following will be crying with the character. Its only a few of us who would not. But majority fall for such MLs.

The MLs being jerks is just another shade of emotions. Durjoy dutta knows his female audience better than we do 😆

I agree with you on this one mostly.
Also I liked how Bijoy confronted Elena. Well done. Hope some day all Dixits except Dev's sisters(excluding nosy Neha)😆 and Mamaji are insulted and confronted like this as well. 😳
