the key point is if one is trying to reach out to anyone, is it difficult in today's world? i doubt so. time and distance have been bridged with technology and the only factors are human.. going to a house and being spurned still does not mean that one cannot reach outt to anyone. Something will be shown to enhance the drama factor.. for sure.

I am expecting a similar spin off for Dev, because there is no way they can redeem him if they show him callous enough to not check on his wife's family who was forced out of their home and he himself had a hand in that even if unknowingly.
