It's always easy to empathize with the weaker ones as we don't want to be the inhumane ones to pull them down when they are already feeling low... And we get a self-achievement in playing a role to boost their morale with our empathy... Nothing wrong in it as long as the weaker ones don't take advantage of it and keep shoving their weakness on our face... Not willing to be empowered and strengthened on their own...

Similarly it's easy to throw stones at the stronger ones or dig through them to find some weak points that shows their negative shades... Just because they are assumed to have a thick skin and nothing affects them... Anyway their strength hasn't been achieved easily and so all these throwing at them never breaks their strength that easily as well...😃
