Hi Leesa. Yes I remember you from your email. You don't need my permission to post in my post. It's an open forum. 😊 The only rule we have is no personal insult to real people, reel people are fair game provided you are willing to discuss/defend your point if challenged. 😉

Mr. Dev Dixit never was very good in adding up clues. Hence Vicky and Radha are still ruling the roost. He needs another danda on the head to get his brain to function again.

Ishwari was always selfish. We regularly plot her murder. Ha ha... That's a good new safe swear word. Even better, instead of calling people bad names, we can just say, "Tu Ishwari hain"... They can't be more insulted than that. 😆

In today's episode, the moment dev thought soha as jatin's daughter, the first thing that came to my mind is "how you are going humor us on mr. dumbo, sorry mr. dev dixit... I only knew appearances can be deceptive, but it looks like even success of a person can be deceptive... I wonder is he for real?? How much more hints do you need to know she is your daughter??

So far I've heard people curse others and always thought it's wrong, but today I learned a new curse... i think if you really hate a person, you should just say "hope you have a mother like ishwari"... god awful would be an understatement for her I guess...

I was having a conversation with my mom about career choices, and I don't how out of the blue I found a following explanation for Dev's poor logic today. It may seem completely absurd to you, still I feel you may be interested to read it once. I have posted this in an other thread too.

I know Dev's conclusion that Soha is Jatin's daughter is disturbing to almost everyone (including me). But somewhere I felt that this conclusion came neither because of faulty logic nor his belief that Sona can never be a mother.

Rather because of his underlying fear.

(I know I am crazy😆)

Imagine (for an example) you spent your childhood playing in the nature, always dreaming that you would become a adventure athlete/bungee jumper when you grow up. While growing up, something happened, your career path changed and you were forced to snap out of your dream; owing to the reality checks and feasibility of dreams. Your heart still loves the lifelong dream, but your adult self pretends to accept that the dream is never meant to happen.

Then suddenly, like a magic, on top of a hill, you get an opportunity to try it, to live your dream you gave your heart and life to - now or never. You are about to jump, and that is the EXACT moment when you are paralyzed by fear.

Is it really meant to happen? Will it hurt? What if I fall? No, no, this is so risky. I never wanted to try bungee jumping anyway!

And we forget very easily that we were living for that very moment. And we give up on our dreams. (And this is when someone needs to whack our head and push us off the cliff to knock some sense😆)

I feel that is exactly what is happening in Dev's psyche over here. Or how else, he is okay thinking that Soha is Jatin's daughter and conveniently forget the fact when the kid is in front of him? He actually finds Sona in her.

It is Dev's fear playing with his mind, going into denial. What is he supposed to do when finds his sweetest dream come true in bitterest possible manner?

Purely my opinion, yours may vary.

Awesomeness, as always Tia! KAANPUR MEIN HARTAAL cracked me up including all the other punch lines. 🤣 Dev bechare pe toh ab gussa bhi nahi aata, bas bhar bhar ke taras aata hai. Kya halat ho gayi bande ki, na dil ka raha, na dimaag ka. Although, I liked how both Sona and Dev legit refused for a second marriage. Whatever their reasons, they both saved their potential partners from a marriage that wouldn't have been fruitful because clearly these two still love each other (inke love ke funde zara hatke hai, par ab jo hai so hai 😆) Those Soha-Dev moments are always so cute though. 😳 Please share those buttered popcorn and pepsi with us too, tomorrow's fight seems like a good one.

PS I'd really like to know what the writers are smoking though? 🤔

When Dev will realise the level of hurt he caused Sonakshi? May be agle janam. Iss janam mein to Dev Ishwari maata ka khoon hain, to pata nehin. Dev is like Ishwari yaar. Yeh sabko blame karta hain, sirf khudko chodke. Sirf uski galtiyan usse nazar nehin aati.

One more thing. . Now how much ever eshwari tries to get married Dev. . Vicky and radha rani will not make it happen. So I am at peace now.

Bang on Tia, yes the whole dixit family has brain damage or freeze. They can't think logically. Dev thinking soha is jatin s daughter is so stupid of him. Or maybe he doesn't remember jatin s last name. Maybe later on when he sees jatin s name then something will click.
I am sure this new girl entery is for costudy case.
And by the way :
Tia you are 100% right, a good father will only think about his daughters upbringing and happiness. A selfish ishu type will think about his rights. As we all know how dev listen to his so called family, I am sure he will blame sona and will demand his right. After all he is ishu s son. Knowing that he or any dixits would never give 1% of the upbringing that sona has given to soha. He will be joules of bonding between soha and sona and soha with jatin. In reality he should be thankful to sona for giving such an amazing upbringing to soha.

Waahh waahh. I've always wanted to see Ishu living in the present and looking forward to the future and not holding on to her past esp with her 8 year old son.. See I got it today only that it shocks to see how desperate she's to make her son to forget the past..😆 What to do poor Ishu's past has been buried by her son with Sonakshi's past.. Now Ish is looking for ways to cover it up... Looks like more emotional torture on it's way before Dev can burst out "Ok I will marry any Mary that you bring for me.." 😆

Nice post

I surely enjoy soha-dev moments but golu's acting skills are amazing...when dev kisses him on his cheeks and he rubs it as quickly as he could.. this was me when my sis used to kiss me licking her lips when we were kids...its so cringe worthy to even remember this now...golu is definitely cute... i love him... but soha is adorable with dev... it feels as if she is more realistic and open when she is with her father...i smh have a feeling that dev will be a possessive father...but on the brighter side i remember Ram kapoor from balh...those scenes with young pihu were really good! So i hope its like that or better than that because the couple got closer due to their daughter
