Can really sona take a stand of prenup???? Doubt.

According to prenup , the couple who are going to marry should sign before marriage .. but it dint happen in our serial as such..

Because after signing they should get it notary so date and serial number will be there.. ok I agree as dixits are powerful they might have Done something about that

But prenup even requires free consent. Sona on her own she signed so there may be a free consent of hers. But this is not the case in dev's .so his free consent is missing . If he keep this point upfront then prenup is not valid..

Secondly , prenup papers are with dev so there is no proof that sona signed a prenup as she doesn't have any copy n according to the serial no one has seen her signing..

So , to prove sona wrong dev can do any thing with those papers...

And when did their divorce happen? If divorce happen really by attending the court and all they will give a period of 6m to stay together and take decisions.. unless a strong reason is kept they will not get divorce that easily. And according to dev n sona they dint meet in these 7 years. So they dint get divorced through court and all .. they got divorced just by heart.. so anywhere prenup din't play a role .. right ?? Then how can we say that sona has a a strong reason that she has prenup according to that dona has right on soha ...

I genuinely asking not that giving statement...

I seriously got doubt... I really don't want soha to go to dixits house .. she will even suffer as like golu..

And this prenup will play a strong role only when sona can prove that dev has signed on his free consent rather than any force...

In that case , if this prenup makes dev away from soha why will he accept that he signed by his will not by force??? Even though that's right !!!

So guys pls clear my doubt... how can we say that sona can take a stand of prenup. ..

My q is prenup is not read by any1 inclu ishu..only bijoy asha knows child clause n also devs reluctance.. Yth they didn't tell sona???

we dont know that prenup topic will arise or not only bijoy knew about claws and sona fears about soha being snatched its cvs call if they dont show prenup then soha will land in dix sit house and that shitty lady will eat our brain with meri poti etc...but dev state confusing if divorce is not on papers sona is in trouble if not soha in bose house ...dev might create situation in such a way both soha and sona are in the same roof with him hope that happens but the roof won't be ishwari niwas but wishing dev buys a house separately as planned before...

dont want devakshi to lose the case instead win it together but ishwari should rott alone neither dev nor soha i dont want to see her near soha ...

but indian tv will show punching bag of sona staying with ishwari same old bakwas of all shows ...

hoping they do different this time ...

Dev can't snatch Soha from Sona as in the custody procedure they will ask the consent of the child and I think it will mostly favourable to Sona or both Dev n Sona as parents. And generally a girl child custody will be with mother and child's marriage responsibility will be on father.. so let's see what's store in

All your points are valid and pre nup is void according to them. I just want prenup to come even verbally to realise Ishwari what she has done in the name of saving her daughter's right. Also for Sona prenup will be a solid reason to hide Soha from Dev.

N i guess they both are legally separated (dnt ask how) bcz Bijoy and Ishwari both are talking about re marriage. So they both have been divorced.

I think it's a waste of time to discuss about prenup agreement. We were thinking prenup will play in opening eyes of devakshi to see how insecure eshwari is. Have we ever thought devakshi will be separated??

Now I feel, prenup will never be discussed. But they will justify eshwari insecurities through sona's fear. For makers eshwari is main lead and her actions will be justified like that. On the contrary, they might show soha is taken away and out of gratitude they will allow sona to meet soha for some days...

Ishwari just know that prenup will help to safeguard her daughters rights as it will not allow Sona to take 50% of Dev's wealth. I think she is not aware of the child clause in it. Before marriage she asks Bijoy to get it signed from Sona, so Bijoy read all the clauses carefully and he only told Asha that it had a certain child clause according to which Sona will be solely responsible for their child's upbringing in case divorcee happens. That time Dev said sorry to Bijoy for prenup and told him not to tell anything to Sona.
