He might think that it was a story..he will not get to any conlusion as of now. But in future when he will bond with her, then Soha might open to him and let him knw that she misses her father...

Yes, eventually when the puzzle is unfolded, he will know, at least better than Sona, what she wants. Soha says something, means something, like her father... a smaller package of complications! 😊

However, for now, Dev needs to figure out what he wants first, before anything else.
