Yaa! I feel custody battle should be there. I think Dev should get to know about the prenup clause that he will not have the rights of the child.And bash Ishu maa that he lost wife and daughter because of this matta. Kuch rang is always on fast track mode, so even the custody battle will not be for more than one episode.

This is something I have been saying repeatedly that no custody battle. Court room scenes are always OTT melodramas with the judge hammering away to glory. In almost all Indian serials court scenes are mandatory EK ishtyle These are repulsive. I hope KRPKAB doesn't follow the band wagon and maintains the uniqueness of the show.

Looking at the current scenario and entry of another man i doubt if Dev and Sona will be able to solve anything amicably. They both will try their best to keep Soha with them and thanks to their "calm" "composed" and "non interfering families" they will fight more. So, legal option can be thought off and may be only after judge's intervention Dev will get visiting rights to meet Soha. During that period they both may calm down a bit and try to introspect what went wrong. Because dev- soah- sona spending time together will be the best thing for them.

And i don't think they will show courtrooms and all. GKB PH don't have so much money.
