This is something I have been saying repeatedly that no custody battle. Court room scenes are always OTT melodramas with the judge hammering away to glory. In almost all Indian serials court scenes are mandatory EK ishtyle These are repulsive. I hope KRPKAB doesn't follow the band wagon and maintains the uniqueness of the show.

I hope they dont show any ugly fight.

May be lawyers advice only on this matter and they can sort it out amicably.

No please. custody battles are so traumatizing for kids involved. And I feel like the battle will be not for soha but more for their ego.

Looking at the current scenario and entry of another man i doubt if Dev and Sona will be able to solve anything amicably. They both will try their best to keep Soha with them and thanks to their "calm" "composed" and "non interfering families" they will fight more. So, legal option can be thought off and may be only after judge's intervention Dev will get visiting rights to meet Soha. During that period they both may calm down a bit and try to introspect what went wrong. Because dev- soah- sona spending time together will be the best thing for them.

And i don't think they will show courtrooms and all. GKB PH don't have so much money.

pre leap separation SE lagta nhi h ki dono me SW kou b mature h nd after leap both r fighting like nursery kids. Mature to koi b nhi h dono me SE. But keeping soha in consideration they should leave their egi becoz child wants both mom nd dad. Soha may be in influence of her mother saying that she doesn't want his dad but after sometime she will develop a desire to meet her dad.

No but if they do show it I want it to be quick and in a fresh way. Both present their side of the case and the jude decides that Sona gets full custody with father getting weekends and telling them they are both justified in their claims but this is about Sona's betterment.

I would want the Dixit n dev take the case to court , judge with signed prenup should explain dev that he signed his rights off already. Then dev should realise the extend of deceit he received in the hands of Ishwari, then everything should follow.
