You have raised a very different thinking though and I wonder are the CVs trying to justify Ishwari by Showing Sona's fears? Son's fears are justified to me but with the wash over on issues this show has shown, it does worry me.

Thanks.
I won't be surprised if the CVs take that route to justify Ishwari and I do agree that Sona's fears are justified. Dev & Ishwari have given plenty of reasons to Sonakshi to be scared of her daughter being taken away from her. How can her fear for her 6 year old daughter be compared to Ishwari's irrational obsession over her 28 year old son is beyond me.

Well the post wasn't about Dev & Sona( if that's what you understood) but about their parents and I do see a big difference between them which I already wrote about. As for their marriage, they are both responsible for their separation. Maturity went out of the window long time back.

My two cents on this.. When we want to blame someone we do because we don't want to face what is staring straight in our faces. So we compare things that are really not there, justify things that are not true and make a case for ourselves.
True. When you always blame other people for what goes wrong in your life, things will continue to go wrong in your life cos you never really learned what the problem was.

Comparing the actions of a protective, overbearing , loud father who has seen first hand how his daughter was being treated to a manipulative, possessive, psychotic mother is just that seeing what we want to see , putting blinders on and justifying our act.
Agree👍🏼

The marriage broke because both Sona and Dev where not in a healthy one. The external factors are just that external factors.

Dev did not know to stand up for his marriage and Sona did not know to stand up for herself plain and simple.
Again,I agree. If they had not let external factors affect their marriage, their marriage would not have been in shambles. They both gave too much importance and priority to other people instead of their marriage.

In last few days two parallels have been drawn one between Ishwari and Bijoy and second between Ishwari and Sonakshi.

Ur post justifies that both these parallels are incorrect.
Ishwari is a insanely possesive mother, who has destroyed her son's life conpletely but still living in denial and blaming the whole world for her son's destruction.

Bijoy on other hand is protective father who developed fears against this family after meeting Ishwari and reading her mind. Dev breaking up for his mother strengthen his belief but he still let his daughter go with her decision and fibal seperation and its reasons have made him anti to that family.
Exactly.

Sonakshi fears are much different than Ishwari. Yes, Sonakshi is hiding Soha's existence from Dev. But how can we forget she was kicked out of Dev's life being told that she was inconplete as she cannot become a mother. Sonakshi is not hiding Soha's presence from Dev, she is actually hiding it from Ishwari because she knows that lady can stoop down to any level to possess Suhana. They are the once who had made prenup clause of Sona's kids will not have any right over Dev's money and property but now that the child is in existence, they will have full claim on her
Yes.Both Ishwari & Dev have given so many reasons to Sonakshi to be afraid for her daughter. Sonakshi has lived with them and knows to what level they both can stoop to. Sonakshi only knows Dev 1.0 who danced at his mother's tunes and that is why she is scared to share that truth with Dev. Ishwari's fear is highly irrational and stems out of her obsession to control him completely.

That was an excellent way to point out the differences.
🤗Thanks Tia.

Now here a very good way to judge comparisons. You didn't use names, but if people can't tell which one is P or which one you referred as Q, then yes, they are indeed similar and the same characteristics apply to both of them. But not a single person who reads this is in doubt which person was P and which one was Q. Then no, there's no similarities because it's distinctive.

I agree with Sabita, that the reason Dev and Sonakshi's marriage broke up is on them. When a marriage becomes successful, it's because of the husband and wife. When it fails, the same two people are responsible.
Agree and that's what I wrote in response to her post as well.

I also agree with dbrk. Sonakshi is not hiding Soha from her Dad, she is hiding her from Ishwari who as we all know is the person cracking the whip and as far as Sonakshi knows, is also the person who made Dev carry out her wishes without question and Dev did everything she said.

Dev 2.0 and his equation with his mother has not been revealed in front of Sonakshi yet. In her mind, Dev is still the puppet of the Goddess.

People rely on people who have free will and is capable of taking their own decisions and make judgement. Not on people who believe to be someone's puppet.
Exactly. And Dev 1.0 had proved numerous times that he would chose and accept Ishwari's decision over hers.

In a reverse scenario, if Sonakshi was Bijoy's puppet and Dev had Soha, he will think twice too before bringing in Sonakshi in Soha's life knowing that if Bijoy tells her to snatch Soha from Dev, she will based on his past experiences.
Yep.

Don't you worry on that. If at all that's the route CVs intend to take tjen they will even justify that for mother especially Ishu 28 or 35 or 8 all are same.🤪. The kid will always be her baby no matter however big they grow.. How come Nikki has gone out of home to stay elsewhere to study?! 😆

Daughters are not meant to stay forever at home anyway.🤪Nikki, Ria & Neha can go anywhere. It's not like they matter. Dev is the sweet little baby in need of her love.

😆 Every parent should let their kids, be it girl or boy, to stay away from them sometimes for their studies. Or for work.. Both of them need that space.. It's not needed for them to be married to have a new person come in to create that space.. 😃

If only every parent would understand that. It's a whole new feeling & there's a big world to explore and experience out there.😃
