KRPKAB - Season 2 - my take

My thoughts on KRPKAB post leap and the current track:

I have been watching KRPKAB season 2 with a lot of interest especially with the way the story has been unfolding...

I loved some things a lot and thought I should put them down in a post:

In spite of the screen of hatred that Dev puts up, his eyes betray his emotions and give away the depth of his love for Sonakshi. The scene at the office when he saves Sona by carrying her in his arms and when he puts her down, the scene when she comes to his rescue on the highway he just stares at her as if he cant believe that she is standing there in front of him

Sonakshi - she was always the emotionally stronger of the two. She puts up a front - the same scenes that I mentioned for Dev above would apply to her as well ... When he rescues her and when she finds him unconscious on the highway and rescues him. The scene when she looks at him in the hospital and Dev is in bed with wires tubes etc. Her silence and eyes give away the love.

I genuinely believe that they love each other deeply and right now are still hurting from their bitter breakup 7 years back. The persons around them (this is applicable to both Dev and Sona) never allowed them to heal properly and as a result they have simply buried their deep love for each other underneath the trappings of hatred and bitterness. The very fact that Dev and Sona never really cared about themselves when they went to rescue each other speaks volumes of their love for each other.

I hope the CVs take the story forward in a mature manner (minus all OTT drama)

I think Dev would see Soha in school with Sona and then would probably meet Jatin in Office (remember now Jatin is in Delhi). We all know by now that Dev realizes that Ishwari would never accept Sona and what her real problems had been. I think he would initially be very jealous of Jatin and then I feel he will agree to joint custody. I hope the jealousy with respect to Jatin gives way to introspection and he decides to let Sona be happy and steps aside.

I really want them to rediscover the deep friendship that they once shared with each other. What he does not know is that Sona is also madly in love with him. I hope in this season it is Sona who proposes to Dev and takes him to all the places in Kolkata which held significance for her in the last 7 years like the hospital where Soha was born and the house where they lived.

See the fact is that they are incomplete without each other. The only thing to be seen in this season is whose faade slips first. Right now I think Dev is slipping much faster as inspite of all the hurt, Dev has been living only with the hope that he would be united with Sona in this lifetime. He may not agree to it but that is the ultimate truth.

I too think d same.dev will step aside and let sona move on dis time.he ll be jealous bt not d dev we hv witnessed in ritwik's track.

Very nicely analysed I👏 too hope this time Dev let her go agree 😊 on joint custody best part Sona😛 take Dev down the memory lane which he did not witness

Lovely post ...I agree with you...I feel he has almost lost hope ...he waited all these years thinking that they will unite one day...but knowing the fact that Sonakshi is in no mood to reconcile and that she is very hostile to him ...is making him weak...I feel initially he will be Jealous but after introspection he might feel that he will never be able to give the happiness that she deserves and hence move away from her...probably might get visitation rights to see Soha ...

And yes , I would love to see Sona confessing her love ... why should boys have all the fun ... 😉

Nice analysis. 😃 Even I feel that they are incomplete w/out each other.But, viewers know that Creatives are capable of twisting the storyline. Let's wait and watch.
