I agree. And last night I had my kids with me. The elder one saw the first scene of Dev covered in blood and all...guess he expected a Singham + Dangal combo scene and he was like... Are the action scenes in TV shows always like this maa?? 😆

I wanted to add that there are quite a few instances when he chose to close his ears too. And mouth too if his maa was present in that scene. 😡 But last night he was all into stand up comedy 😆

Dev : "You came because you didn't want anything to happen to me right?" (Me: Sahi pakte buddhu)

because " You also want only you to hurt me like me ..right ?" (Me : Lo one time buddhuram will always be buddhuram .)

I missed out on that dialogue. Was busy trying to answer my kiddo's question about action sequences.

After such hardwork , they finally reaches the road and Sona's cab driver instead of helping, runs away scared for police investigation . I mean seriously?? CVs I know you want to recreate their accident scene, but didn't you get any other reason other than an insensitive driver leaving a lady with injured man alone on the highway😲

Look at the positive side. He at least was honest enough to return her phone and laptop 🤣 Apni biwi ki baat kitne achche se maanliya usne 😆

And Dev's sarcasm got me thinking.." huh my fate..first you left now my life is leaving..what an irony Dev Dixit's life leaving after Sonakshi" 👏 and falls on her lap. Sona tries to keep awake by narrating a story just like Dev did years back trying to stop cars for help in-between (Me: Damn you cab driver😡 )

Nah. The cab driver was just giving Dev an opportunity to misunderstand Suraj to be this Jatin guy. 😆

A story of a lone sad sunflower... which shined after the entry of a gardener and blossomed with his care..but the gardener leaves that flower on a fateful day and the flower is left alone to dry for months..then came the sunshine which made the flower smile and blossom again 😳 Needless to say Dev identifies the sunflower as Sona and Gardener as Himself but was clueless about the Sunshine and corrects gardener didn't leave the flower but it was the flower which left his garden. (Can they both be anymore direct than this? Idiots wake up and see what have you done to both 😭 )

And just so WE don't misunderstand, we get to see Soha when Sonakshi mentions Suraj. One less headache for us in future.

I must applaud the realistic thinking of makers here when showing the struggle of a slim lady helping a 6'2 well build man in the uneven surface ...very very apt !! (Because am used to seeing the slim FLs becoming superhumans carrying well built MLs to the hospital in no time😆 )

Tell me about it!! She is 48 kg to his 78 kg. 5'.5" to his 6'.1"!! No wonder he goes all caveman style with her!! Hardly a hardship!! 😉 😆

A car ride after 7 years😳:

With no help in near, Sona decides to risk her driving talent and take Dev to his car and starts only to stop in the middle😆 And hamare Dev ko bada mazaa soojing that he decides to tease her even when his "jaan" is leaving... And comes the precap scene and me instead of turning into a romantic puddle, was aghast at these idiots cribbing on each other and was LMAO 🤣...the BG score didn't help either 😆 ( BTW hain where did the long drives, driving classes scenes in season 1 Dev mentioned CVs?? 😡😡 ullu banaya hum sabko showing only those torturous drama ? Cheater cocks 😡😆)

🤣 His Jaan is leaving and we are after the CVs for cheating us on long drives. Me thinks these two went on long drives to get some privacy for themselves. People were always barging into their bedroom, remember?? And ours is a sanskaari show so they edited out those long drives for obvious reasons. 🤣

And all of the sudden the breaks fails and Sona panics and hero saves the day by pulling the hand break Sona's surprise.

Our guy is pretty good with his hands, ain't he??

Precap:

Ishwari folds her hands and thank Sona that she and her Son will never forget this eshaan.

Why do I feel there is more to that scene?? Or is it my over-active imagination?? 🤔 Is it Ishwari's way of treating Sonakshi as a stranger...formally thanking her and all?? 🤔

P.S:

* Did anyone else felt Shaheer was too casual in today's episode ..because he was literally laughing in every scene when the camera angle changed and I could see his acting very glaringly today. For a person to become unconscious and to talk so clearly and commandingly is little bizarre.

I felt it was more Shaheer than Dev I saw last night, if you know what I mean.

* Erica was top in her performance ..be it pain, confusion, anger, irritation, she brought it to the screen with full justice.👏

* Looks like makers wanted this episode to be light -hearted with the strong message that both Dev and Sona are not over each other and they have passed it with ease!

And they got the message across without the FL crying buckets / falling apart. I liked that.

Perfect entertaining episode on a hatrick friends ...no tissues needed only popcorns 😉😆

I think next few episodes are going to be popcorn ones. Especially with this Jatin guy entering the picture. Dev seemed to take it real cool when he asked her if there was another guy that he doesn't know about. I was like... Sabr Dev babu. Even I want to see how cool you're going to be once you meet her business partner / friend. How long before we see 😆

We need to come up with things that he could break. Season one saw phone, laptop, glass. Season two - with Sona out of his picture, he had more "workouts", more bulging biceps so progressed to breaking walls. Aur kya bacha hain??

Or would he make a complete U turn?? That would be so not in his character na... Just thinking aloud. 🤔

In precap Sona's defences and anger was back. I think Ishwari and her gutter mouth at work - some people refuse to learn😡

It was so refreshing to see the old Dev-Sonakshi back. I loved the episode yesterday mainly for the dialogues and crackling chemistry between the leads. It was so evident that both were left standing as they were 7 years ago. It's clear that Dev is going to misunderstand that Jatin is Suraj. But what about Suhana? The expression on Sonakshi's face when Dev said the he would die in her arms, reflected the role of kismet in their lives! Sonakshi would realise it's time for Dev to know about Suhana. The conversation in the car as decoded by @Shaavi and the analysis of writers here are worth a read. Big smile

The same scenes are being rehashed. And I must say there is an impact. Even though I knew what's gonna happen, I was touched at the scene where he asks,"Tumne shaadi kyon nahin ki?" And then the prodding about who is Suraj? I compared this scene with pre-leap and there was a huge difference. In the earlier version both were just getting to know one another, so the viewers saw the soft side of Dev. The story was about himself. Here, they were an estranged couple and it was Sonakshi's turn to tell hers. Dev's expression and the smile when she drives speaks volumes of where his heart still lies. Nice episode.

I want Ishwari to suspect Vicky. She is shrewd so let that quality be used well. Bijoy-Asha convo and meeting the Dixits at the hospital would be classy. Esp. Bijoy and Ishwari. Big smile Jatin arrives next week. So, it's duece here. Dev saves Sonakshi from an earthquake while Sonakshi saves his life after being beaten up! Let the game continue.

Edits : Forumites want to see Dev handling Jatin in Sonakshi's life with a lot more maturity, unlike pre-leap. I want to see that too. Let Sonakshi be the one to decide if Dev still means the world to her. 😃 Suhana meeting Dev would be the next icing on the cake. She has some traits which are natural and can't be hidden for long! 'I am Miss Suhana Bose' and the very heartwarming,"Agar main aisi beti hoti toh!" I want Dev-Suhana to meet as strangers and let the relationship develop. After watching last nights episode, I doubt a custody battle track would be played. Dev has been selfless and large-hearted. He may ask for visiting rights or equal custody. I think they are an estranged couple so this track may not be introduced at all. Unless, Creatives are looking for more masala. Vicky needs to be put behind bars and then Elena-XGKB on crossroads. Ishwari would probably realise that Sonakshi was indeed a good DIL. This soap seems to be heading for another 250 episodes. 😃
