Both Dev-Sona hat incident as a fond memory...and they weren't sure of them meeting again...but destiny had something else in it's mind.. and yet another time their ways were to be crossed!
2 months passed and Here Sona's best friend Ria was getting married to Mr.Ayan Vashisht, Divisional manager of Canara Bank...where Ria was working as Assistant Manager...both fall in love with each other working together and now they were getting married!
Ayan Vashisht s Dad was a gr8 friend Of Mr.Manohar Dixit...and So Ayan and Dev were like brothers...After the demise of Dev's Dad Mr.Omprakash Vashisht ;father of Ayan helped Dev & his family through the crisis...He paid for Dev & his sister's education and helpee them stand on their feet...and that's Why upto a large extent gives credit to him for his success!
Since Dev was very much occupied with his work so he wasn't able to attend the pre-wedding functions...So Sona didn't get to know abt Dev's relation to the groom's family until the wedding happened!
On the wedding Day!
Sona was getting ready for the wedding...
In a peach colored embroidered lehnga...looking as gorgeous as a princess.While shewas getting ready Elena her cousin sister enters the room!
Elena to Sona -"How much time u'll take to get ready.Mashi -Mesho puch rahe hain"
Sona to Ele- "Bas almost done!...Abhi Jewellery is left to be worn...But I'm unable to find something good which could get away with the outfit!...Tu help karna meri!!
Elena helps her in finding matching jewellery...and then helps her to wear it too!
Elena to Sona- "Waah!! Waah!!...Mashallah Bikl ToTa lag rahi h puri!"
Sona by smacking on Ele's shoulder-"Chup kar!!...kuch bhi bolti hai"
Elena laughingly says-"Accha!! Accha!!!...thik hai!...ab jaldi kar warna tujhe utha kar niche le jaungi"
As soon as Elena says *utha kar le jaungi*...Sona gets reminded of Dev's words abt her being so heavy that he wasn't able to lift her up!
Sona lost in Dev's thoughts-"Itni bhaari hu m...kse utha lenge aap mujhe?!"
Elena almost confused with what sona uttered- "Sona tu theek hai na?!!...kya bol rahi h tu??
Elena tapped her shoulder and Sona got back to reality
Sona to Ele-"Haa!!..What did u say?!
Ele to Sona -"It wasn't me but u were talking...actually blabbering bhaari something something...What was that?!"
SONA to Ele-"Naah!!..nothing serious ...Chod!"
Since Sona's Daadi wasn't well that's why Elena & Saurabh (sona's brother)...were staying at home...and Sona her Ma & baba were attending the wedding"
Sona's Bab booked a Cab and all of them headed to the venue
Whereas On the other side Dev too was getting ready for his friend Aayan's wedding...in a black tuxedo...
Dev's Room
Dev talking to Tina on his phone-" Haa! Tina..all arrangements done naah?!...I don't want the meeting to get spoiled by any means...And what is the status of the presentation?!...Kaushik se pucho is it all completed?!"
Meanwhile Devika , Dev's sister knocks on his room's door!
Dev-"Come in"
Devika-"Bhai!..I'm not ur employee jo aapse permission lekar andar aayega...I knocked coz I wasn't sure that u've changed ur clothes!"
Dev-"Haan!Baba I know that!..aap toh meri bhi boss ho!...muje aapse permision leni chahiye that whether I should open the door or not!"
Both laughed loudly at their antics
Devika-"Accha!...Chalo Let's Go!...Maa is waiting for us in the hall"
Dev -"Maa ko bolo I'm coming in 5 minutes...Ek call karna hai!"
Devika-"ok! Fine but come fast!..otherwise main aur Maa aapko ywhin lock karke chale jaenge!"
As soon as Dev heard word Lock his eyes shot up...lost in Sona's thoughts ...he ignored Devika's words
Devika-"Bhai!...Are u listening to me?!...Maine kaha jaldi niche aa jana!"
Dev-Haa! Haa!...Sunai deta h muje!
Devika-"Toh! Yes/No toh bol dena chahiye tha na!"
Dev-"Thik h naa!...ab jaa tu!"
After making the important call..Dev, Ishwari , Devika get into the car
Ishwari to Dev-" Beta kitna time lagata hai toh...Ab dekh hum late ho jaenge...barat ke saath jaana tha hume...aur teri wajah se hume unhe wait krwana padega...Accha lagta hai kya aise!"
Dev to Ishywari -" Maa!..tu kyun tension le rahi hai...Om Uncle bura nahi maanenge...Hum time se pohach jaenge!"
Dev speedily drove his car to Ayan's house
As soon as they reached Ayan's House...Dev got a call and had to go to office for the same. He informed his mother and also apologised to OM uncle!
Dev to Om Uncle- Sry Uncle. It's very urgent I can't avoid going to office . But I promise u Uncle I'll reach the venue on time. And will not take much time to reach there
Om uncle- "It's ok Dev...U go and finish ur work ...we'll meet there at the venue itself"
Dev- "Thanku Uncle for understanding the situation"
OM uncle- "Arrey! No need to say Thanku Dev...For me u & Ayan both are same...How can I be angry with my son on his brother's wedding?!"
Dev smiled & hugged Om Uncle hearing this and went straight to his office!
By the time Ayan's Barat reached the wedding venue at Seven Seas Hotel in Punjabi Bagh...Dev hurriedly completed his work and drove straight to the venue and When he reached the Venue his eyes were mesmerised with the beauty of the scenario in front of him!
