Dev hell bound to throw sona by hook putting her in a edge were she might put him in jail and that's when old spoiler of psycho mata meeting sona and getting to know about soha might arise fuming dev to the edge .

Custody battle will arise for sure but who will win will be tricky because both are equallly responsible.

If divorce is done sona will have upper hand and easily win

But if it's not officially approved on papers court may Oder them to legally separate first before custody or something else .

At this rate dev has a chance to win the custody easily claiming sona as a cheater who ran away with the kid etc.. so he might win it and since soha is a kid they make a deal that sona stays with dev for soha sake so second spoiler that sona and dev forced to stay in one roof comes true .

If not dev sona might win the custody and bijoy might show the prenup dev will lose it but gets a time to spend with soha with sona presence .

If sona disagrees to stay with dev in the same roof with psycho mataji they might go separate with soha irking ishwari till divorce is completed .

Omg it's 50/50 chance for both and dev carefree attitude and troubles in office landing in jail might minus his chance and sona hiding this from dixits about soha will also minus the chance so judge might suggest them to share soha and god that will be a mess ...let's hope it to be unique not dramatic like ishwari

There should be any custody battle that is ugly a child is involved

Sona and Dev must mature themselves when it comes to Suhana and talk they as parents should make Soha important if there is a custody battle I'll be very disappointed

Right said sona is matured than dev I feel they need to talk instead of fighting dirty like kids not worth it

Some how I am having a strong feeling that there will be no custody battle. some how I am having more trust on this dev which will be angry on sona may be he will hate and Ishu more but he will not put his own daughter in this situation. He will definitely not want his daughter will be get tore between dixit clan and Bose clan. And Dev is not going to end up in jail. If you observe they can insult each other by words. But they donot harm each other. If he is expected to get jain it must have happen before. There will be tit for tat not more then that.
